  1. One thing that caught me was the connection between the Operative and Sheppard Book. It was very subtle and if you haven't seen the TV series you would probably not see it but I think that Sheppard Book was in the same "career" as the Operative before he retired and became a Sheppard.
  2. What I saw of Indigo Prophecy I most defintely would not call it a role playing game. You can't even make your own character or customize it in any shape whatsoever.
  3. There hasn't been a good JRPG in years.
  4. No, there was an actual television series based on the Vampire:TM game. It was not bad.
  5. That is my assessment as well. In the end it is the pawns that die in this little game.
  6. She uses the Dark Side to befuddle the Light Side. That is its purpose. A Dark Sider is more attuned to the dark energies used therefore a Dark Sider could detect when she used those powers. Do you remember the Harbinger. Sion couldn't see her at first, but used the force to attack where she stood instead of seeing her with his eyes.
  7. Have you ever seen that Alec Baldwin movie "The Shadow?" Same principle.
  8. FFVII open areas were only good for level milling. Same for all the FF games. If I have to level mill to get the most of out of the game then I rather not play it. Level milling is boring.
  9. Well, in the television the Alliance government was composed of a merger of the United States federalism and Chinese communism.
  10. Actually on of my characters in my screenplay could fit The Rock decently enough. Either him of Vin Diesel. He is a quiet badarse type with enough augmentations and a kickarse nanoshelled alien starfighter that can rip apart captial ships. Yeah, the Rock could play Sentinel well enough. Hmmm...
  11. I can't help it. It is very much a part of me.
  12. What is one man's freedom is another slavery. Depends on what you wish to be free of.
  13. The problem is which one would be trustworthy enough to see the inner workings of my mind.
  14. The problem here is a lot of people in this thread see things as black and white, good and evil, right and wrong when things are not. One man's terrorist can be another man's freedom fighter. One man's good is often another man's evil. It is all relative to one's perspective and in the end there is no single person right or wrong. There is only death and tragedy.
  15. WRONG! *tee hee*
  16. You know, if X-Box had a handheld they would have one called X-Cats. :D
  17. I don't think an indie filmmaker has the funds to make a sci fi epic that will span 7 centuries. I am considering to do a major rewrite and restructure it as a regular novel or a graphic novel. If I go the graphic novel route I will either need to get with an artist or learn how to draw myself.
  18. Blame Capcom on that. That was Jill Valentine and that is they way her character dressed in the RE3 game.
  19. If they want to do that many changes to it then they don't want my script. They want something else which is fine. I'll keep my original script and make a new one for them to fit their specifications.
  20. That is a sith ability. Allows the sith person to cloud the thoughts enough to render a person invisible. The senses just doesn't perceive their pressence. Bastilla at the time didn't have this ability and last I checked the Sith have a good communication set up that the woman would show up on their most wanted list which would be constantly updated within the HUD in their helmets.
  21. On the PS1 it had this little hang up that would cause the game to take an exytraordinarily long time to figure out what the aliens and civilians actions are.
  22. Impossible situations like Bastilla, the most hunted Jedi which the Sith wanting to capture, walking by a Sith Soldier, talking to him, then going into the catina.
  23. You have a point there.
  24. If he or she wants rewrites I have no problem doing them. I just don't want someone I don't know and who doesn't know the setting, the characters, and the history of the setting poking their nose in it. If it is a person who knows the material, which is there is only 2 other people than myself, who can believes he or she can improve a scene or two then I have no problem with it. It requires them to know 700 years of history that leads up to the events in the screenplay, but I am perfectly willing to go into detail for them.
