The only Ultima games I view as bad were 8 and 9 the rest were average or better than average given the timeframe in which they were originally released. I view games as a whole series, not individual games.

Yet it is FO and needs to be like that for it to remain FO. One of the reasons why FO needs to stay dead. FO 1 and FO 2 were wonderful and great games back in the day, but today they just don't cut it. If they try to modernize Fallout it will lose some key elements that made Fallout well Fallout. Let Fallout be dead.

I don't need an excuse. A commander and chief is ultimately responsible for the actions of those under his command. Plain and simple truth. Policy or not, if someone under his command breaks the law, do something unsavory, he is also to blame. After all if we didn't invade Iraq no US soldier would be a part of that prison scandal. It simply would not have happened. It is however, policy to torture via the CIA. I think that such measure needs to be in place and we need to have strict guidelines on what is and is not torture.

Because it degrades the series as a whole. Take the Deus Ex series as a whole and compare it tothe Baldur's Gate Series as a whole and tell me which series is better. If I was to compare the BG series as a whole to the Fallout series I would say BG series were better. If I was just to FO 1 and 2, the Fallouts were better, but taking each series as a whole the overall quality in the BG games are better. Speaking of noobie developers, has Bethesda done any science fiction role playing games ever?

No console junkie would play Fallout except that craptastic title Interplay did FOPOS. I don't see any tried and true console junkie to have the patience for Fallout's combat system.

I like to be more concised. A RPG is a game that uses a clearly defined rules system in which a player creates a character within it. The player uses the character to interact with the game world, using the skills and abilities of his character as defined by the rules system and not by his own ability. Such interactions with the world and its inhabitants must be interacted with in a meaningful way that allows the story to progress.

What I don't like about the d20 System I simply change into something I do like. I have played many systems. From Rifts to Rolemaster, from Shadowrun to Fuzion, and there hasn't been a single RPG rules system that can handle my campaigns better than the d20 System.

I pretty much like all the mods here. I don't have a problem with any one of them and I do have a healthy respect for Fiona and Authority. The medium is irrelevant to me. Blu-Ray, DVD, HD DVD, 3.5 inch disc is irrelevant. Its the game itself that matters.

I liked T1. T1 was pretty kickarse. T2, the original cut, was pretty crappy. The Director's Cut was better, but still worse than T1 but only marginally.
