Religious video games
The problem is that Germany doesn't want to embrace its history. Sure there is bad stuff in there but so is there in any other country. Take the United States for example. This country was founded by the principles of genocide and slavery.

Who's your fave KotOR 1 character?
I have to admit it. Bastila is my favorite... TOO KILL! (w00t)

Religious video games
They should make a RTS game that involves various religious states battling each other for control. I mean if Christians., Jews, and Muslims do it in real life in the middle east why not make a bloody game out of it. I mean, the player could spawn suicide bombers or Israeli special forces, or even some slackjaw Texan marine that looks like Arnold the Governator. It would be a blast! (w00t)

Getting shot at?
Laugh at the silly shooter and the poor lawyer he terrorized. Laugh and be merry or cry for he missed.

One man's lies is another man's truth. Its all a matter of point of view.

Bush wanted to bomb Al Jazeera
I have to agree with the assessment that AJ is the Islamic version of Fox. The take the Arab point of view while Fox takes the white conservative Christian point of view.

KOTOR III FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
Bloody freaking hell, another KotOR 3 thread. Can we please get these things autolocked or something? If you want KotOR 3 go to LA and leave the Obsidian forums. I hope KotOR 3 does not get made. It will be a buggy rush job like KotOR 2 and probably have some lamearse story.

Buying games online.
I think that people need to design a sport that combines soccer and paint ball warfare. Paint ball mines, snipers at the goal areas. If you get smacked you are out of the game.

Bush wanted to bomb Al Jazeera
I doubt that is even true. Bushie is many things and he might seem to be stupid, but not even he is that stupid. Now, if we had Dan Quayle as President...

Help! I have Trojans!
Best thing to do is back up all the important files you want to keep in a portable hard drive. Either one that is built to be portable or get a kit to turn an internal in an external. Once that is done do a complete full format of the OS harddrive then reinstall Windows. Only sure way to get rid of trojans.

The end is the beginning is the end.
Anyone who buys a new game or new game system on launch is an idiot. Didn't those buggers remember the problems the first X Box had with the Thompson drive? Oh, how soon people forget and those who do deserve what they get.

Fable:TLC
When I play Fable I see it as a parody of a CRPG. Kind of like the video game version of my old parody fantasy short story I ritually burned called "Reign of Phallyn Downe." It had every single fantasy cliche ever made in the course of 20 pages. It was the most terrible POS that it was funny in a cringing, quickly runaway funny. Fable is in that same catagory. Man, I expected an F on that story in my creative writing class but the professor gave me an A+. It seemed that my short POS story didn't have a single vampire in it and everyone else did.

That is just too damn funny.

UFO Aftershock
Aftershock, last I heard, you can enter buildings if I am not mistaken. Aftermath wasn't that bad of a game. Solid title with decent strategy with some RP elements.

Whats up with all the short games ?
I completed all the Infinity Engine games at least once and the BG series at least 3 to 4 times. I liked them all alot. I go and mess with them once in a while when I get in the mood to do so.

- KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
Bastilla, why do you want a third KotOR? If LA is going to castrate their own games like they did for KotOR 2 why even bother with a KotOR 3? One year development time and next to zero support is not how you make a successful computer game. KotOR 1 was fine and dandy, but it should have ended right there and then. Putting out another KotOR game will only get us an even worse game than KotOR 2 in terms of bugs and rushed product. Let the series die and move on to better games done by a better publisher.- Are any more patches coming?
No it wouldn't. They got your money and why would they spend it now for more patches? It will cut in their bottom line. Like I said, Obsidian would love to give KotOR2 the proper support it needs but LA is saying no because they don't want to spend the money. You spent $50 on an abandoned game and nothing you can do will change that. Just don't buy LA games in the future. The developer can't do jack and shat without the publisher's permission and money.- If Obsidian will make KotOR3, you will purchase it
That is because I have an irrational hatred for EA for what they did to Origin SYstems. DAMMIT, I WANT WING COMMANDER 6! Grrr...- Whats up with all the short games ?
Combining BG 1 and BG2, with expansion, I totalled almost 200 hours of game time. Morrowind I played for 400 hours. Planescape, exploring every single nitch of the game because I love the setting, took me about 80 hours. Fallout, on the first time through, took me about 50 to 60 hours. Jade Empire took me about 40 hours. When I play that game I read every scroll, book, and such. I talk to everyone. I use different combat moves. Hell, one time I had about 6 to 7 magic and life orbs scattered on the field. Harmonic combos rock. I play for completeness when I play a game, each time I play a single game. - KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
