Effectively it is pretty crazy ! About Outworn Burckler, fast-switching weapon slots with this shield decrease your hotile effects pretty quickly, with a -5 /-10 % on them each time the shield "proc". So if you make an IA behavior with a "permanent" weapon slots switch, as caster I guess you can nearly avoid your recovery time (with spells). Useful with cipher (beguiler especially). Edit : maybe it is also possble to get a similar effect without the Grasp conditions (between enemies) with the same method but with Modwyr (with some stacks of Eager Lover) or the two Preludes from Sasha's Scimitar (for the party in aura with Companion's prelude).

Do you mean, when you recover to a spell and pause the game, if you click on the weapon set (to switch quickly between them), are you able to reduce nearby 0s your recovery time ? Yes it is cheese but it is just a question to think about an reovery alternative to Outworn Burckler trick. I didnt know that, for the refreshing thing!

Poison, like the paralysed effect from the Rogue's Shadow step, is applied only once, with the first bullet-target in aoe (even if this one miss, in this case the poison is not applied). Appliying another same poison will refresh the duration (so dont stack) ; another poison can be applied however. So the three answers are negatives .. The only poison that stack with itself is from Rogue's Toxic Strike. It also work with AoE weapon.

Since you are using crush damages at principal, you can give to Fassina (or other caster that attack the same enemies than Konstanten do) Sungrazer : the -1 crush AR penalty from Blunt Rock work on any critical hit, including spells, and stack with everything. Other think about your chant choice, at pl1, At the Sight (+10 fortitude and will) in really better than Come Soft Wind, in my opinion : at melee damage dealer most of the enemies are going to try to stop you at distance and all your defenses should be targeted, especially fortitude and will.

Probably he should! The afflications cant crit anyway, so if Hemmoraging could proc Experimentation, the reciprocal couldnt.. But the hit taken by subject will proc the Auroch's horns frost lash. I dont remember how the Experimentation interact with friendly spells (chants and healing). I think i made a test with Pollen Patch that make me the life harder but I'm not sure (I loose all my save few month ago).. With the unity console mod, every abilities and spells added from the general addability column (where everyone are listed) cant be empowered too. But from the Spell or Chant column, the same spells worked. (if i am clear) My guess is the Addability console command is not the good way to get them with the good entry, maybe. By the way, if you want the good "py" file for this mod, i find it in the comment section of the mod, and can publish him here I think.

With the boots or the Sanguine greatsword, the duration can be increased with a confused priest + Salvation of Time. The duration is not affected by his high resolve in these cases. By the way, Last Word in turn based mode increase the cost of abilities to 1 for the turn, so on Dorudugan it is nothing since he have an ulimited cast potential..

I agree, i had some fun with a barbarian-wizard (Warding Staff) for this reason. Carnage deal damage in function of PL, at high level that can be a significant damage boost (I speak for the Boeroer synergy since Efficient Anguish profit also from PL boost). Mage slayer is really underated (the malus is strong) but vs 1 or more target, his bonus is one of the most stronger you can have. At range with Frostseeker, against mob with Effort, against boss with Morning Star, Mage Slayer are gamechanger.

So with Xefa Empirical Explication instead of mortar, blinding smoke should do 4 lightnings with Avenging Storm? Because of some properties of this weapon (Inexplicable Mass and Matter Repulsion are Ranged weapon attacks (the effect itself bounce with Driving Flight) and proc Avenging Storm and Blinding Smoke ; there are both vs fortitude and proc on crit for each bullet, so could bounce 8 times per shot) a Clear Out with a ranger-fighter with Avenging Storm and Blinding Smoke seems clearly devastating, i guess.

Yes Clear the Path use the melee weapon for the first hit roll, and then use the primary weapon. and also yes, Whirling strike, as full attack, doesnt require to equipe a melee weapon in offhand to use the ranged one. Swift Flurry work like Clear the Path, you need a melee weapon to proc the ability but whatever is in your primary hand, that is used for the attack.

It is actually the regular behavior of the spell, and the reason why the Least Unstable Coil work very well with it. Like for Mohara Tanga, the attacks triggered from the first one are calculated by the game before the first attack (it is curious). So in the Bellower case, the secondary bolts dont take the bonus. I think.

Dispersed Suffering proc on any weapon kill, not only frostfall attacks (so including abilities from weapons) when this weapon is equipped. That work like for Enfeebled but whitout own duration (you have to wait the end of enfeebled effect to reaply it) so that take into account the whole duration of the effect when adjust the duration (so not only thhe current duration +20%). If you cast multiple Writ of War during the effect is lasting, you add a time to the total duration and that work for the multiplicative effect of Dispersed Suffering. This weapon is really good (there is only 2 ways to increase hostile effects).

Dispersed Suffering from Frostfall also target will, and against skellies it is the surest way to increase hostile effects on him (6 skellies + thunderous report with frostfall equipped mean potentially 6*20% of the effect on enemies, + many lives skellies sacrified for the cause during the fight with a frostfall set).

From the gamedata files, abilities (from classes) are listed under the usagetype Classpowerpool (in opposition to Spell). In other hand, some abilities are not named (none) and maybe frightened and Writ of War take in account only the Classpowerpool name. For information, in LAXG abilities gamedata, Helfire_barrage at usagetype is listed as None.

By memory i had reach PL32 with a SC Bellower, but with many items and micro at the combat start. But more simply, reach the PL25 is not a big deal. I wrote here my steps and in comment there is a screen of the Old Nary invocation at PL32 (24 bounces). It is not possible to reach a same power with a troub, but versatility is also a kind of power.

Potentially modals can provide one inspiration per proc and the powder burns proc on each target on the AoE! maybe, with AoE weapons, other modals can also give a lot of inspirations, bur imbued spells by themself doesnt really work well for Least Unstable Coil, it is really depending of AoE / multihit ranged weapons (even if only one target per bounce ill trigger the spell). nice find however!

It is doable but the AI will target the character involved as a AoE center, with buffing spells, so it is not easy to get the party full buffed via AI script. You have to choose as condition Have a ... inspiration (and select NO) >> then use the spell ... Script like that until you choose the spell that give the inspiration (doale with the mod you installed), then script an attacking behaviour (and manually switch to manual instead of AI for example). I think you can have that you want like this, but i cant try it for you for the moment..

And Engagement, as great CC effect, is more easy to manage than Disengagement. Of course you can make some really efficient builds about these attacks (especially about to take disengagement attacks) but it is not commun for enemies to break the engagement (excepted while under Swift insp). So they usually stay immobilized for free.
