  1. If this is KOTOR 2 info. I would guess that The Jedi Temple is now in the game, which means we go to Coruscant.
  2. Let me try this again. The Sith are still around, and are lead by Darth Lumiya.
  3. Actually Lumiya is now the leader of the Sith.
  4. Actaully in my idea, Thrawn wouldn't have bad. He would make sure the Empire wasn't under the Power of the Moffs, and he would return as teh Grand Admiral of the Fleets. But I was making up the idea as I went, so. Something like the Return of Thrawn has to go through Zahn. But I do like the part where the PC is sent to other planets to stop conflicts.
  5. A Knights of the New Republic would be fun, but would have to be after Luke's time, or when Luke is older. The enemy would be kinda hard to find. My idea would be for the game plot to be about the Return of Thrawn. You'd be a Jedi trying to stop galactic problems perhaps. The Empire is in great distress after the Death of Grand Admiral Pellaeon. The Moffs see the chance to appoint another Supreme Commander in his place, a commander that will be at the command of the Moffs. You the PC see this as a danger, and find out that Pellaeon left behind some DNA of Thrawn and a Sparrti Cloning Cyclinder. You have to find these, or perhaps build one. And do it befoer the Moff's get to much power. The PC can either choose to bring back Thrawn not, but if he doesn't the Empire will have the chance to join the enemy. Bringing back Thrawn will put the Moffs in their place. Perhaps the Jedi is related to Pellaeon somehow, giving a reason for doing this. But I that can't be the story, perhaps part of the plot, but not the whole story. I think it would be cool to try to stop problems in the senate. I would guess some Galactic threat is trying to pull the Galaxy apart. And you the PC must help keep it together while trying to fight off the enemy at the same time. You'd have to travel to different planets to keep the enemy doing any damage. For instance in a Senate meeting Mandalore System has been accused of some kind of crime. An aging Luke sends you to investigate. I'm making this up as I go, but I think an idea like this would work without losing the Star Warz feel. It adds a political side to the game, which a lot of Star Wars has, plus great Battles.
  6. I don't really care myself, but a New Mandalorian, a New Wookie, A Han Solo, and new HK, is if me or does this sound familiar? I hope we don't have a NPC that takes the place of Carth. One Carth was enough.
  7. I want to know who the Mandalorian is
  8. Don't give me that crap about how Bioware couldn't have done the Valley the right way. There are ways around things many ways.
  9. It doesn't matter it's fixed. People will have their own certain view of it , but most views, yet people's views aren't apart of continuity. Nothing is at stake on this thread except for the poor effort on Biowares and Obsidians part in creating this Valley. It is not the Valley of continuity. Lazyness and lack of research created it, or the Designer told me. He didn't know what the Valley looked like, and didn't do his research. Thus a poor effort in keeping the continuity of Star Wars. In time it will be fixed. But tonite I must end. I wil gladly send all nonbelievers the fixed Valley explaination in time.
  10. "How does the Holocron determine what breaks continuity? " Go ask em. You'll find the keeper of the holocron Leland Chee over at the OS. Perhaps if you prove the KOTOR Valley to be offical, he'll make it offical. I got him to bring Fenn Shysa back.
  11. That's just it. You cannot just erase it. Who gives a fark if some Holocron people that determine what breaks continuity when the majority of the people out there will think differently. As for changed....well, there's already two games out that have it look like that. Are they going to go and update everyone's version of the game or something? Overlook it? Didn't you just say it WILL be changed? And this goes with erasing it. You cannot overlook it because the majority of people out there now have KOTOR's version of the Valley as their perception of what it is. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well we'll just have to see what LFL comes up with.
  12. EU continuity is strong, one of the Strongest. Stronger than Star Treks, I can tell you that. Perhaps you didn't know I meant Strong in that context. Yes Star Wars has it's big wound, wounds that are fixed. In time continuity will make sure this Valley of the Dark Lords in KOTOR is fixed. That's all there is to it. Right now it is wrong on continuity standards, the Valley of the Dark Lords is established and should have looked the right way in this game. Because it doesn't, it shows a lack of research, ad lazyness. Proven by the man who designed the damn thing. He created it because he didn't know the Valley has a known look, and even told me he should have done his research.
  13. Actually, it hasn't been fixed. The Chak Fel thing is still a mystery and even Sue Rostini (the head of editing and all that fun stuff) has said they haven't done anything concrete about it yet. Sure, they may end up coming up with something to rationalize it, but the POINT IS these mistakes happen, so to say that continuity should be taken as gospel is to disregard the fact that a LOT of times, continuity is messed up and requires fixing. If continuity was as strong as you would have us believe, they wouldn't need to fix things, such as the Mara Jade/Lando Calrissian fiasco. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Then there you go, they will come up with something. That's their job. And I wouldn't say SW continuity is one of the strongest out there.
  14. 1.Lucas Film License 2. No the Valley in KOTOR isn't apart of continuity. Because Continuity already has an established Valley of the Dark Lords, which should have been used for this game. In time the keepers of the Holocron will decide it's fate. It either will, one be erase, two: be changed, Three: over looked, meaning it never happened. The Valley was like the one in TOTJ we just were blind. The Holocron keepers have found ways around the greatest continuity mess ups. They might actually say that Marka Ragnos tomb was actually a storage Chamber, or that the spelling mess up from the X-Box version will be used to show Marka had a brother named MarkO.
  15. But all those have been fixed, I don't them, but I have seen the questions come up and do know that LFL has fixed them all. It's the same thing as Boba Fett being full blooded Mandalorian from Mandalore. Is he a full blooded Mandalorians no, but he did indeed fight along side them in the Clone War as apart of the 212.
  16. Name me one thing you have a problem with, and I will tell you how it's been fixed. Continuity is very strong in Star Wars.
  17. See you people don't understand how continuty works. Regardless of whether or not you THINK both are offical they are not to LFL. It is a continuity error, a big one. LFL isn't gonna say, well both are offical, no they are gonna make it so that both are offical just that the one in KOTOR isn't the same as the one in TOTJ. I'm not saying this just to say it, I'm saying because in time it WILL HAPPEN. There was a Medical Frigate that was made a different way in an Empire. To yall, it was a Medical Frigate just a different STYLE. The keepers of the continuity holocron instead fixed the ship and made both Medical Frigates but made by different Galactic companies and designed differently. See it will happen. Either way you look at, this Valley in KOTOR will not go down in continuity as the REAL VALLEY OF THE DARK LORDS. It will be changed and be fixed so that both these Valley's survive but are different. But Mark my words continuity will have the TOTJ as the offical Valley of the Dark Lords. The Valley in KOTOR will be a second sight, minus Marka Ragnos.
  18. Yet the Valley already has an established look. TOTJ, The Worlds of Star Wars Essential guide, and Jedi Academy have proven the Valley seen in the comics is the Valley of the Dark Lords. Such small stuff is looked at in EU as a continuity error. People in charge of the continuity Holocron look at this stuff and take it seriously.
  19. Perhaps, I was told by someone, others as well, that in the PC version each Sith Lord has his own tomb and building. I might be wrong about the PC version ,but I know one thing for sure the Valley of the Dark Lords in KOTOR and KOTOR 2 is WRONG
  20. Oh no they even messes up Marka Ragno's tomb. http://media.xbox.ign.com/media/679/679264/img_2400513.html
  21. Don't ever trust anything that comes out of SS mouth.
  22. Your right, I'm sure a novel or comic will say FU to that Valley if their's a KOTOR adaptation or continuation. So I can live happy knowing that, from people who actually respect the continuity of Star Wars.
  23. Ok, and Valley wrong.
  24. Oh please like I said, Sio Bibble was right, there hadn't been a full scale war in 1000 years, when Bane was around. Continuity. So nothing is wrong. You won't find anything they haven't fixed. Point is, Valley Wrong. That's the only point, the Valley is wrong. I believe we can all agree with that. The Valley already has an established look, adn the games as much as continuity as anything.
