Apparently SJW don't agree with this. RR is not lesbian enough and not jewish to play Batwoman. I always love how the left eats it's own. Thanks, wondered who the girl was in The Meg.... Ruby Rose.

Insatiable https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6487482 Delightfully Bonkers, a TV show, that isn't a horror movie and still, the line " How do you abort a demon?" Makes perfect sense.

Went to see Jurassic last night. Good movie, great animation, even though most of it was a set up for the threequel, they still finished the story decently and you get the exposé by Jeff Goldblum as to why it's called Jurassic World.

Sorry it wasn't nice, I would have bought it too as the blurb sounds intriguing. Here's an interesting drink, but can't be bought anymore. Bailey's Whiskey. Bailey's sold a bunch of used barrels to Irish Distillers, during a barrel shortage, as the barrels had a coating of Balleys Irish Cream inside, Irish Distillers used Whiskey to clean them out, via soaking. The Bailey's imbued the whiskey with a distinctive taste. It can't be bought anymore, but I have one bottle that was given to me at release. I never opened it, so I don't know what it tastes like. https://www.celticwhiskeyshop.com/baileys-irish-whiskey

What did you do today?
Just back from UK. Was in Bermingham last week for Collectormania and Comic Con at the Bermingham NEC. One of the best venues I have ever seen, right beside the airport, 20 mins train ride from the city, very handy indeed. Excellent organisation, arrived at 10.50, inside venue at 11.10. No pushing or jostling, every bag searched and still got in so quickly. Son got pic taken with Robert Englund, very happy camper. Highly recommend Bermingham as a destination, very accessible, beautiful clean city, going back in Oct for a Halloween event.

Fauda, it's really good, episodes are only 30 mins long, but they pack a punch. NETFLIX version has English subs for Arabs and English dialogue for Israelis. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4565380/ "Fauda" (Arabic for 'Chaos') depicts the two-sided story of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Doron, a commander of undercover Israeli unit, the Israeli Special Forces, operating inside Palestinian territories, and his team, are hunting down Hamas terrorist Abu-Ahmed. On the other side of the fence, the life of Abu-Ahmed and his family, who has thus far murdered 143 Israelis, will never accept the State of Israel, and will continue Jihad for as long as it takes.

Went to The Quiet Place. Started off great, then took a big dunk in the stupid bucket. There's s not enough water in The Dead Sea to suspend the disbelief in this. There are so many stupid plot holes that's I'd have to spoil the whole movie to mention them. The deaf girl is really good. That's all I can say that's positive about the film.- Cinema Paradise - the Movie Thread Transformed
Went to Deadpool 2 last night. Very funny, lots of laugh out loud moments, especially with his irreverent finger pointing at other movies, especially X Men. Oh, yeah watch till halfway through the credits!- General Celebrity deaths

Git yer yeehaw! Freak onhttps://youtu.be/BqV9NZSGIa4 Hey people laugh at hillbillies but there is a lot they can teach about self sufficiency.Wouldn't ever laugh at hillbillies, they make moonshine, we make poitín ( pronounced putscheen), I'm sure there is some historical connection , but I happen to love that song, my dad used to sing it to me when I was a kid. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poitín- The drinking thread

I'm curious what you think is cheap price for wine. In Aldi you can get a great Portuguese wine for €6.50.... (called Animus) that can go toe to toe with alot of more expensive wines. You can get crap wine in many price ranges- The Movie Thread Returns
Dunno mate, when I was a bit disappointed with the ending, my son said he thought it was part of a trilogy, don't know for certain to be honest- The Movie Thread Returns
Went to Infinity War last night, wouldn't be my cup of tea normally, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Some laugh out loud moments juxtaposed with some rather dark themes, but they blended well. The fact that the ending isn't the end, it being part of a trilogy, annoyed me at first, but I enjoyed the movie and I'm not bothered if I see the other 2 parts really, not exactly waiting with baited breath. Going to Quiet Place on Sunday. Entebbe looks interesting, more my cup of tea really, but advance word is disappointing.- Pillars of Eternity II Review Thread

I grew up working in a bar and NEVER was I asked for a Gin n Gin! I love G n T, but now I'm very curious as it's something that never occurred to me as a combination. Ive tried brandy and whiskey with ginger ale....didn't like them, I tend to drink spirits neat, including gin, so, now it's on my bucket list, who woulda thunk it! - General Celebrity deaths
