On Morrowind: 1.Did you take the package to Casius? That's the start of the main quest. 2.It get's funner, but when you start out it sucks. On Oblivion: 1.No auto target but the combat is improved, and the 3rd person view is slightly better. 2.It should be harder to get lost. Atleast you don't have to deal with people asking for free stuff. Maybe your attention span is just too short? JE sucks, not kinding.
