I don't think that either one should be in power. i think that they should both be struggling to regain their power so that when you make your choice to the darkside or light you become a deciding factor for the struggle. I also think this would make for a richer story and plot. This power struggle would also allow alternate groups to rise,{Possibly a grey jedi group who basically believe in using the force as kriea did.}

No thats no true. Maybe Revan did go there, but theres no proof thats where he and the EH stayed. I agree with Xard,Darth Hades, The Architect, and Dark Wastl.

Yeah, I got the Kotor2 guide and the picture of atris in the Darth Traya outfit is shown for your battle with her. Too bad; i thought it looked really cool. <_<

I have fought Atris many times lightside and darkside but she never sported her Darth Traya outfit; she just stayed in her original outfit and no matter what I said she didn't change. Any suggestions why?

I think that if they make a KotorIII they really do need to end the series with the finish of the Revan/Exile story arc. I mean i could see no more satisfying way to end this series than to finally have all the questions awnsered and stories from the previous games. I mean seriously guys think about it. What better Kotor game could be made than that.

yeah i guess you are right its just that I usually relied on carth for long range and Zaalbar helped slice and dice so mission was only good for skills but I'm not a big skills person and I usually forgot about her. I do agree with the More than dumb NPC idea though. i think alot of less important characters could come back this way.

Exceptions have always been made when it comes to killing. In KOTOR 1, playing the light side canon, does killing Malak make you any less a "real" Jedi? You had to kill him for the good of the Universe. The same applies to Mace's actions towards Palpatine. Ki-Adi Mundi was allowed by the council to have wives and children for the sake of his home planet, does that make him less a "real" Jedi? You cling to light side ideals and would rather sacrifice the universe for blind faith. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I didn't say I supported the Jedi ideals. But if Mace is going to lecture on the jedi code then he should follow it himself. As for Malak...the PC never killed him under the same circumstances. Malak was feeding directly off of dark side energy and instead of the PC rendering Malak defeated in battle, Malak ran to regain power through the jedi. Malak died when he refused to stop attacking Revan so Revan defeated Malak in self defense leaving Malak to collapse to his death. Mace had used his lightsaber to deflect Sidious' lighting and had him pinned against the wall where he was defeated. Rather then heading Anakin's advice, Mace attempts to strike Palpatine dead when he was clearly unable to continue in battle. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm not so sure that Palpatine really was defeated i think he knew Anakin would not be able to let it go since he wanted to save padme. Palpatine probably felt this through the force but this is really not under the right topic.

yeah i do think that maybe the Sith plagued the rakatan. Perhaps some of this got fcut in kotor 1 and maybe it will be revealed in kotorIII

I heard alot of people talking about starting a character thread all about characters and what your take on them is and so on. So here it is a place to talk about characters; anything you want to say about them!

Yeah me too. He was cool. Annoying,but cool and he did manage to save my life a number of times.

please don't bring back mission. I had absolutely no use for her except on Taris and even then she was a hinderance dying by the raguls or whatever they are called and leaving me with just carth or zaalbar.

You guys are lucky. I think I had the worst glitch of all. I saved my game at the beggining of peragus and forgot to save unti the end. Only when I tried to save at the end it said that I had a damaged file and so I had to do the whole thing over again. Now I save on multiple files should this atrocity ever happen again.

I also agree with you architect. It is just our speculation until another source or game hopefully reveals it.

My favorite is Onderon in iziz. i don't know why but it just feels good to get away from that whole dxun freedon nadds tomb thing and back to your own character again; Not to mention that the first time i played the freedon nadd tomb I got all the way to the end and I did the stupidest thing. When I was about to die I saved on my only files and so of course every time I loaded them I just loaded up to get killed by the sith master. Boy did I learn from that mistake!java script:emoticon('')

I was just wondering what everybodies favorite planet was and why. Also some of the funny or interesting things that happened{like a glitch or strange situation that you got into.} I appreciate everyone's thoughts on this topic!

I usually kept Mandalore or Kreia and i always kept Handmaiden in my party. She was an amazing fighter;especially after i taught her to use a lightsaber and the force; although it was extremely difficult to get her to learn the force through the darkside.

I think you are right. Midi-chlorians probably influence eye color. The stronger you are on the dark side the more exaggerated your features are, including your eyes.

Okay, I'm going to lay down everything I think should be in KotorIII. Story- The time period is 2 to 3 years after the end of kotor2 and you are a completely new character starting out as a padawan learner of the last remaining jedi. i haven't figured it all out yet but for some reason your special and are chosen to go to the unkown regions and find out the fate of Revan and The exile. You go through a series of planets getting more powerful and and knowledgable as you go along;Plot twists could happen here and there to keep some exciting momentum. Eventually at the climax of the story you meet Revan and the exile. Now Revan and the exile would have to some how be developed whether in the beggining of the game or right before you meet them into the proper alignment and features that you left them in the previous games. Anyway you meet them and if you are the same alignment or something along those lines then you stay with them, but if you are against what they are doing then you fight them or some kind of battle goes down. The key is that the ending is so epic that we will be amazed and it will tie up all the loose ends and all the unawnsered questions from the previous games and finally seal the series with like I said some kind of big epic ending. Feats;Powers- I would like to see the return of most all the owers from the other games and maybe a couple really cool things that are alittle different and add variety to each battle; like force invisibility where you become invisible for one turn and your oppenent can't attack. This would probably take alot of force power away to balance it out. Characters- I think that there should be some returns of old characters in things lik cameos or something lik that. An interesting idea I thought might work is that some party members with you might not stay with you the whole time;like if a party member decides to get stuck in trouble and you have to rescue him {remember Zaalbar getting in wookie prison on kasyhkk. I never was able to finish the side quest and bring him back so he stayed.} or they might just ask to stay for whatever reason and maybe you will pick them up later. I think there should be probably one main party member that is so important they always are with you. For character generation there should be a couple more variations to choose from in a number of things. Weapons- I just hink they should add a couple more original and interesting weapons as well as some lightsaber custimizations. Sorry to drag on like this but i needed to get this out because i don't know about you guys but i think this game needs to come out and be the biggest, and best kotor ever!!!!! java script:emoticon('')
