Most sites list the ship date as 12/06/04 thus they get the game on the 7th and that is the release date. As for walmart and bestbuy they aren't game specialty stores so they usually get their shipments a few days late.

Didn't the dev's say they got the pc version codes later so they didn't have as much time with it and releasing the pc version later would give a more polished version?

I wish it was two weeks away but, there has been no news on whether it has gone gold and to make the street date of 12/6 they would need to manufacture and ship it pretty fast. Maybe a delay of 1 or 2 weeks.

KotOR was about 35-40 hrs the first time through, I try to do side quests. All other games after were obviously shorter. Game length is about right considering the replay values it might be nicer to have the game a bit longer maybe about 5-10 hrs but thats alot of time to add just don't make it shorter.

I wore the robes but, truthfully the only robes worth wearing are the star forge robes.

Actually, I don't recall them running around with it in hand in the first movie, but maybe I'm mistaken. People do react differently when you have a weapon in your hand :ph34r: vs in a holster or belt, then again there is always the excuse I don't have a holster.

I'd assume the romancable character be one the jedi npc, but hey jedi non-jedi doesn't make a difference

It would be nice to see your character appearing there. As for the sith lords they'll fall to the sabre no matter how many there are.

Well I certainly hope so, having the Jedi Order retreating from the Rim worlds and concentrate into the Core worlds makes far more sense that the "the Jedi Order is disbanded" idiocy. Yeah I don't see the Order disbanding unless the Republic is on the brink of destruction and the Jedi have to basically be down to nothing before disbanding.

Well let's see in k1, Bastila's options are 1) Death doesnt matter where 2a) Alive redeemed no romance 2b)with romance 3a) DS as Revan's apprentice, lets face it Malak was weak and no one seemed better to be your apprentice. So, 3 out of 4 she's alive and with Revan, unless Revan kills her. I think she shouldn't make an apperence or mentioned without Revan if she is alive. The problem is to deal with all possible outcomes that could be alot of dialogue. I don't think they'll kill her off in that lame no real point kind of way if he survived k1. If she does show up in k2 it's probably is Revan related. Speaking of npc's I don't see HK-47 leaving Revan's side unless order to do a mission. If Revan ended LS can't be an assassination mission but DS it could be.

Well, I believe the site says it's out Winter, so a Dec. release isn't completely out of the question. If they want the game out by Feb. 05 they probably have to be mostly done with the bug fixes by early Jan and off to the press. For Dec. around the holidays I'd guess they have to be finish the game around Thanksgiving and by then I would think they'd have the game completed or at least almost done. I think the real matter is the amount of bugs and the time given to search for and fix them is whats gonna determine the release.
