So I saved quest and got xp only from monsters and mainquest. That took ages to get to level 4 and conquered the stronghold. burnt money for the stronghold and not for gear. Leveled the stronghold to something like 25 prestige. Finished the quest then and now, after Turn 19, only TWO little adventures showed up. Just like when I played without the hassle of saving quest. My conclusion: Manipulation the stronghold system by saving quest does not work.

Bumb. Another Stronghold question: I normally don't get any turn a stronghold Adventure, even with prestige >25. Wiki says 2d50+prestige is rolled and must be >25 for an adventure. http://pillarsofeternity.gamepedia.com/Caed_Nua I doubt the info on the wiki is outdated. Someone knows how it works? Right now, I was trying to "save" quests until the stronghold is mine and prestige is high as suggested in this thread. What you guys thing?

Somewhere I've read that its a good idea to have Athletics at least at 3 due to not getting penalties from being tired. Is this the case?

Skuldr King gives no XP because there is no entry in the Bestriary of the cyclopedia.

I'm not complaining that RP choices has influence on the outcome. I thing it's bad that a) I never got the chance to do the evil dialog option because I just have done that area in another order (First small house, then large tower) b) The cool talent can be missed that easy. Maybe they could have add another talent for a good dialog option too. That would have been a choice.

When you open a door with a key, get the XP for it. In PoE 1, I let the keys lying around to unlock the doors with a pick for the XP. Not very RP I guess.

There are these Defensive Defense Talents hat gives +10 to Ref., fort and will, and there are the other Defensive Defense Talents that gives +10 to mind-effect, body effects and blinded etc. effects. What is better?

How do you handle random attack on the Stronghold as a soloer? Pass on it (autosolve)? I just ask because i was nearly killed by such an attack. Reward: Nada nothing. (Who, by the way, scripted that get hitting by a Forest Lurker gets you stuck forever AND keeps you out of range for mele? Bah..) Torin

Some numbers with my level 7 monk (Defense 53, Fortitude 88) against a Skirmisher: "Xaurip Skirmisher hit Torin for 3 damage (ACC:57 - Def:53 = 3. Roll 60+3 = 63 Hit) ...and with additional effect (Paralyzed) (ACC:57 - FORT:88 = -31. Roll: 91-31 = 60 Hit)" Same happens with a graze (range 16-50). To be 100 % save, my defense or fortitude had to be 100 + 57 - 16 = 141. They could never hit or paralyze me with that stellar numbers.
