My game playing cycle has reached K1. What should I be, a darksider or lightsider? If I play darkside, I will have to role play it and have that stupid wookie kill Mission at the end. That makes me feel guilty.

They could do a Wild West game in a retro 50'es vision of the Wild West, like the old hollywood westerns. Even Mark Morgans old Fallout track would fit such a pre-apocalyptic game, as would the jargon, humour and visual style to some degree. Sounds pretty awesome to me. We've had fantasy, steampunk, dark fantasy RPGs, why not a good Western?

You're describing a console game there. Play once and throw it away. PC games are for more better and have more life than playing it once and then forgetting it. There is plenty more life in K2. Play different classes, different alignments, mods of all sorts and soon to be restoration mod.

Ah yes, that is legit ways to get it. I wouldn't want anyone getting in trouble for posting warez and pirate sites. Plus you could get a virus from those nasty places. I am not aware of any used software shops around here. Amazon! Duh! I do all of my online shopping there for cds and games. Didn't occur to me they could have used/old versions of software there.

Where would one go to buy older versions of software? I would like to expand my web page making knowledge and would like to get Flash as a start. I am not going to pay $600-700 for the newest version. Even an older version like 5 or MX would suite my simple needs.

From someone who understands modding, I'll say this. Modding by itself takes a while to do. Mods that involve fixes, and restoring cut content take even longer. Plus factor in real life commitments, doing this on your free time and not getting paid for it, dealing with other team members who may not be as involved as they should be, fixing one problem that leads to three other problems, it looks like a very long process.
