Not for people who can differentiate between real life and a fantasy role-playing game taking place in a fictional setting where some races are outright killed when born. Race issue are present in any fantasy setting... Book's even not only videogame... It add the world depth

Since when full VO is the sign of "high standards"? It's needed in movie wannabes Bioware chose to make since KotOR, but completely redundant and overly expensive for games like PoE. You're supposed to read here. End of story. If it'd make your experience better and you'd like to mod it in, though, then go for it. *shrug* Not even mention people seem to lack to understand that a fully voice acted game means Less Content.. Bioware is a perfect example of that where npc talks just a few lines... I expect quality and quantity from RPG Voice acting is costly and i prefear have a not voice acted game than a fully voice acted cinmeatic action game with rpg elements Also its just me... But i dislikes who claim to like rpg and writes: i hate reading in the same line. RPG are not supposed to be MOVIES

balancing is necessary in MMO but boring in single player crpgs... Bg2 was balanced? hell no but still a great title... Planescape torment was balanced? Hell no again.... Morrowind was balanced? Again no

As told already... There are joke on everyone... Gay,Lesbian,Bisexual,Transgender,Straight,Male and Female. Basically there are jokes for everything.. And yes to me who rage at an issue like this suffer from stupidity... In that specific case that person felt offended because the way was handle the joke was unfair because was an offence for transgender... Now from the moment you complain about something like that is evident there is something wrong in your thinking because is like if you get mad because that tiny words made you feel different from others while as a person you are not different from others. So in the end why get mad because some written joke words? It's just plain dumb.... And if those little stupid words made you feel mad and you want them removed at your cost is you that feel different. So if you feel different how can you talk about social Justice and equality? Or maybe we should remove all the jokes from the world? Jokes about man and woman and gay and lesbian and bi and stuff?

Voice acting is the plague why we had rpg with the lack of dialogues... Voice Act everything takes money and in the end is not necessary at all. I am really glad this game is not so much voice acted in the end this means more narration and dialogue variety quantity and depth. I don't need character voice acting because when i read in my mind all character have their voices... You just have to use your immagination

Immersion for some people me included.. Immersion is the key in a RPG pillars of eternity is immersive enough but a walk run toggle button can made the exploration most enjoyable for us... Is a matter of make live the character you play.. Also is silly the characters always run

I would love if Obsidian follows the path of a full expansion instead of Dlc... Quality and quantity like in the older days.

Those people are just looking for attention.. Because in movies fictional writing those sort of thing happens and they can't influence if they whine... In a work of fiction evrything should be permitted because fictional...if we use the this is wrong policy we didin't have even more RPG... But killing animals is wrong Killing people is wrong Offend women is wrong Offend men is wrong Offend transgender is wrong Offend gay people is wrong Killing Animals is wrong. Killing children is wrong. Really devs should not care is bad remove fictional contents because is politically correct

Another one?... Why they don't complain about game of thrones where a pregnant woman got stabbed to death?... This is getting silly really Obsidian don't care about them... Or we will end to have scenes like people making a shower in underwear... and that is pathetic to see

Again the whole nostalgia argument is a weak excuse to dismiss people that like more in depth game... Yes in past rpg was more in depth nothing like the streamlined cinematic crap we get now. You call this Stupid i say that is more stupid complain about the nature of a game not clearly developed for your taste. Clearly even in the combat this game need people to apply in a strategic thinking but instead you call this people or who likes a game like this stupid this explains me a lot about your coherence. Do you have problems with it? well deal with it and go play some triple AAA easy streamlined cinematic crap.

I love this game.. I really love it... Keep up the good work guys... i can't thank enough. I used to be a Roleplayer... i used to love RPG but in this years all i reiceved from Rpg releases were action game masked as rpg. With this title Obsidian you made a little miracle here... It was like a lovely resurrection of the CRPG genre i love. Keep up the good work.
