  1. Thing is, they need to get funds from somewhere. If not publishers, then somewhere else - a source that is equally likely to pressure them? Dunno.
  2. Also, Valve might not have as tight a hand over deadlines / release dates / post-release support?
  3. Wait, that means you LIKE Errol.
  4. But I like Dandolini.
  5. Interesting, no combat this time but we still spent a lot of time doing... uh... nothing.
  6. But Sonic has some mad wax!
  7. I like firnefs too.
  8. And woe betide that woman.
  9. I remember when I tried Mario64 after growing up on a religious devouring of Sonic (and some Mario) 2D... I think it took me 10 minutes to make the first platform jump without dying. I don't know, I played Mario like I play Sonic, that is non-stop and at the fastest speed possible. Had the reflexes and could pretty much beat Sonic games without dying, but 3D never got to me for platformers. We shall see. Also, Sonic looks really bad in 3D. Always has. (The character)
  10. We're not judging Sawyer here though, nor should we IMO. My example is more of, judging Sawyer *solely* on TBH.
  11. Oh, undoubtedly.
  12. Former, latter would be a pain to count.
  13. 25-30. I do usually finish a little faster than the media estimates.
  14. You mean, a little after I leave. I am willing to do that, and Blank could leave a little early too. So maybe 11am or Noon PDT. Explain that to me again, Eldar? RP is playing his own, new char, right? Blank, I think we would be staying at the inn and RPing for a while.
  15. Hm, that's not very good. If you mean 2pm PST, I'd probably have to leave soon after Blank arrives. It might have to be that either one of us miss out, or we both miss out halves (or something).
  16. Right. Everyone else?
  17. Well who has a job/full school day/etc that rules them out? Disregarding everything I'd want 11am PST or around there, but that's probably the worst time for most.
  18. He's finished lots and lots of projects. It's unreasonable to judge his workrate / dedication by one project, that's like saying Sawyer is a failure because of TBH. Granted, Weimer has never done a total conversion mod (as in, content-wise). But this time it's not a lone effort. We'll see.
  19. Weimer is the creator of WeiDU, which is the mod-integration programme used by most BG2 modders. He also made Ease-of-Use mod, Tactics (improves combat difficulty and strategy), etc. He's pretty much one of the Kings of BG2 mods... sorta disappeared (busy with PhD or something) when he was doing the Icewind Gate mod.
  20. OMG WEIMER IS BACK!
  21. Anytime on Friday, as long as we finish before 6pm EST... if any later, I think I'd probably have to leave early / miss out. And without my calming aura Baley just might end up dead and everyone else permanently scarred.
  22. ....don't let baley near it then. O.o
  23. Yep. We've still got to have the laws, but at the same time having the laws that are always broken undermines the authority of law as a whole - which makes laws more pointless, but we've still got to have them- *zpoing*
