She cannot get a period or carry out a baby so far, but she could (if she wanted to) change her body including female hormones, primary & secondary sexual organs, change her facial structure to be more feminine etc. Or she can change other aspects, like how she identifies/calls herself etc. Don't really see why such freedoms should be denied to her, i consider freedom of (self-)expression and freedom of speech one of the great achievements in recent history. That's ironic. The developers (and Josh especially) thought indulging one freak on twitter was more important than fixing bugs i.e. losing energy and time on this nonsense (seeing how they couldn't simply edit the line due to game coding, but needed to replace it)

The combat system isn't terrible. I think that's overreacting a little, but it was my first reaction too. It's just perhaps over-engineered (thanks Josh :/). It will take some time to get used to it, but I've learned to enjoy it. Now I'm only having trouble with memorizing what each condition does, seeing how there is so many of them, and each boasts 4-5 combat effects (thanks Josh). So the combat system could have been simpler, but its still fun, and it certainly isn't terrible.
