  1. How do you explain the sharp difference between the users score and the official critics'one of DA:I? Personally i learned to don't trust official critics since when RTW 2 was relesead in a very obscene condition (more than one year of patching to fix it), despite the high scoring received by the most popular game critics. Anyway for me 8/10 reflects the current bugged/beta-like status of the game that partly ruins the combat experience, so i think is roughly right.
  2. And what about this door? It is in Endless Path level 5°, and not selectable. I already got the latest download, that for the doors bug.
  3. You know, as a D&D system addicted I found a bit weird that here the triad (Fort., Refl. and Will) rises every level up at the same rate.
  4. Thanks for the replies. The doubt has arisen exactly because while the amount of accuracy gained for each level is displayed below each class description, for the general defense increase I haven't found a proper description.
  5. Since have been reported bugs that provoke wrong stats rise, I ask if it's normal that when a character levels up all its defenses (Deflection, Fort., Refl., Will) lift accordingly, or it is just another nasty bug.
  6. Is still bugged! Seems like aura grows inexplicably as time goes by.
  7. Well nothing has changed since the two big updates have been released. My rogue still gets stuck for a fatal time that means assured heavy fall most of times.

  9. Than i prefer D&D encumbrance ruleset, where the simulation is taken into account. Every fantasy game, virtual or table game, should include as much as possible simulation aspects. When you play Dungeon and Dragons or Pathfinder, your party hardly carries a big coffer everywhere, at most each member has his own bag. For istance, why do they put the need of resting? Isn't it a simulation of a real aspect?
  10. Nope, I stopped playing mostly because those I encountered have been enough to force me to stop play till next patch.
  11. Just a day ago I was utterly convinced that the game was enjoyable after all, and perhaps for many it is so. But now, after having experienced some bugs and read a lot of bug threads here, I see the game in a different perspective, in a way that keeps me from play it passionately. Surely a perfectionist obsession could be misleading, yet I feel the right to demand perfection from this game, a crpg Pillar long awaited!
  12. I have just eliminated my saves and decided to suspend playing until tangible polishing is implemented.
  13. They don't stack, you only get the higher (+2). You should see what bonuses are suppressed in character panel.
  14. Nowadays it seems a tedious habit to deliver bugged games. When RTW 2 was relesead it got so many bugs that only after a year of patching it partly recovered. Personally in PoE i experienced only a couple of issues so far, regarding some broken Paladin and Rogue's talents features. But i am getting upset because as my adventure goes on, I feel quite insecure due to lot of bugs reported that keeps you from doing the most normal and simple things like save and load wherever you wish.
  15. It is frustrating buying a game, spend hours on it and then come to know it is so broken that all you have done could have enabled permanent bugs and **** alike. I feel upset and bewildered.
  16. Is there a way to recognize if this bug is actual and working? How to prevent it?
  17. I reported the same issue. Aura restriction seems broken, it actually worked in the first moments i got the talent, but for unknown reasons now the range is far greater.
  18. It was said by one of the devs that the patch is due this week. Thank God. Looking at technical problems and bug section i am getting sick.
  19. No it is my paladin and no one of my party has such item.
  20. Well, the description points out a 3 m aurea, including intellect bonus, while actually it is much larger. When my paladin moves away from the rest of the party, 6 or 7 m at least, zealous focus is still activated for companions. Maybe I'm missing something.

  22. IMHO I enjoyed BG 1 and BG 2, but i find prebuffing not tactical at all, as someone already pointed out. It is more a way to make easier the game for the player, at detriment of tactics, that is the use or limited resources in a complex environment, without the capacity to use them in anticipation of a imminent battle. In short, prebuffing is childish stuff. POE has done the right thing implementing abilities and spells partly restraint to combat situations.
