Keria is the handmaiden mom??
Well, from what I have seen from Star Wars, becoming DS or LS depends on your choices and/or compromises. Take the classic example of Anakin: he gets angry a few times as a kid, but it is okay, nobody dies. He slaughters the sandpeople village, oh well, they are animals anyway; they killed his mom. Obi says to do stuff, but Anakin thinks he is better than all that anyway. Obi says to be careful of Palp, but Anakin assumes he is better than Obi, and that Obi is just jealous. Palp plays on the kid's emotions and gets him to kill Mace, then the jedi academy, and he has slowly but surely become a full-fledged DSer. Also, when one plays the game, one is made LS, DS, or even Grey, by doing or not doing things. Of course, the game has to be like that for role-playing purposes, but it goes along with the rest of SW. Though there can be DS auras I guess, it seems like each character in SW is a clean slate. Luke is Darth Vader's son, but he isn't bad, et cetera. Therefore, unless Brianna gets persuaded by a DS exile, it is hard for me to believe that she would end up DS.

Movies You Have Seen Lately
Hee hee. My friend couldn't get over that illogic! (He took his two daughters to see it, and frowned all the way through it.) They even had repair shops, but no people. That requires a child's perspective to suspend disbelief ... Meta, for a friend of yours to be like that does not surprise me at all. :Darque:

Keria is the handmaiden mom??
But beyond my pathetic fixation with grammar, I had some good points that nobody felt compelled to refute. Why don't the handmaidens recognize Kreia as their mother if they honoured her by resembling her? I acknowledge that the darkside can make you look different/ugly, but not beyond recognition. Also, the developers would be irrational if they made you beat the game six times in order to hear Kreia say, "Why are you training my daughter?" And to you guys who were trying to generate euphemisms for "fliplife's" spelling, why does he have so many exclamation marks and question marks? That is excessive in any language. I am not trying to disparage Fliplife, but I want him to know that he has room for improvement in English. On the contrary, if I were judged likewise in his language (of which I probably know nothing), any criticism toward me would be expected and perhaps welcomed (if it was helpful).

That's good to hear. I was just wondering what was going to happen, since you said you'd do it. If it didn't work out for you, I would've happily berated Eldar for ditching us.

Keria is the handmaiden mom??
I assume you also come from a country where one speaks english as a second language? Because I would be glad to offer advice (I am not being sarcastic BTW): Use punctuation. Even one period at the end makes all the difference. I mean, your post is not even one sentence, yet it consists of 75 words. Good job with the parenthesis though. Perhaps you should calm down when you write the stuff? When I read it, you sound like an earnest, but highly-caffeinated guy. Again, the periods will make a big difference. After each thought, you might consider placing one. I know there are periods in other languages; in english there are periods too. I don't fully know how much knowledge of english you have, but you made a good effort and I understood it. Heck, it might be helpful if I exemplified what I am talking about:

WHAT ARE YOU EATING RIGHT NOW?!
An english muffin topped with butter and imported Danish blackberry jam (all of which I got from Wal-Mart)

No more phrases like "stealth". The picture speaks for itself... or should... If you go for the Sasuke one, ditch his normal mode picture and have the Kamehameha-Sasuke on the mid-left, and obscure everything but his right eye.

Keria is the handmaiden mom??
Hmm, you are an alt. But I like humouring alts. For starters, if you were real, I would advise you to learn how to spell correctly. If this were your first post, you would want to look good, and a typo in the topic title is pretty poor looking, as it says you don't care if other people's eyes hurt. Capital "u" instead of "you"? No. Also, there are too many exclamation marks and question marks. One is enough for each, and in the exclamation mark's case, maybe one is too much. Your "friend" would be a lying sack of green beans if what you said were true. Handmaiden knows who her mother was (not Kreia), and the main character in the game can talk to her about it in length. The handmaiden sisters supposedly honour their mother by taking on her appearance, but the Handmaiden chooses her father's... which I guess is more manly? Anyway, they would look like Kreia, but they don't. Moreover, the Obsidian Entertainment developers would be jerks if they made you beat the game six times just to hear that one thing, but they aren't really jerks from what I've seen... at least, not in that way... If you aren't an alt, you should follow some of the advise perhaps... and you probably don't know what an alt is... Just know that some people make other accounts to act stupid (which means my perception of your post was that it was...)

It depends on you definition of pansy, but I may agree.

Your preference?
"I would like both groups to be going through rebuilding phases where they both have academies set up but you get the choice of joining the Jedi Academy (Coruscant) or the Sith Academy (Korriban)..." It looks like the option I chose was the popular one I liked that option because there is a prospect that one can go to the sith academy and end up as a good guy. Sabotage, deceit, moral dilemmas (you are told to kill an innocent man, and not doing so might blow your cover), possibly a romance option which would present another dilemma (trying to persuade the other person to be good). There are good plot makers there. However, the option should be limited to choose the sith academy, for cinematic purposes (the game would take too long to make if there are so many options).

TOMBS vol. 6
True, although, I'd be sober, so it wouldn't even be comparable to Baley's... masterpieces.

Movies You Have Seen Lately
You have to have faith that it'll get better after the first few chapters, since it does. However, from what I have seen, Baley, faith, and Christianity don't mix well.

TOMBS vol. 6
So Blank walks around at a normal speed with an old guy in his underpants? That is really hard to do. You need to talk about how stong Blank's leg muscles are now in the next part of the story.

*Looks at Rokor's sig and sees it to be #1* uhm, so I take it he wanted our opinion just to show that he could care less about what we think?

Movies You Have Seen Lately
Well, I couldn't find the book thread, so I'll tell of what I recently read in this thread (the book thread was a failure in my eyes anyway, since too few books were read and listed, certainly not enough to keep the thread in the more recent pages of WoT) Black, by Ted Dekker. This book is first and foremost recommended to the other two members of the Christian axis of evil, since it has underlying Christian themes that some of you oppose. Christian themes aside, I can easily say that this book would appeal to a non-Christian, like some of you who appreciated Narnia, although that analogy is probably detrimental to my cause. And my cause is to say that this is a good book. The book is like a fantasy, and then it is also like a sci-fi, so it is one of those books where you realise why the library conventionally combines those sections. More of a fantasy though I guess.... but like... Anyway, if you have nothing to read, if you trust my recommendations to be valid, and you don't mind mild Christian themes (they aren't poison as some of you would like to think), then you should pick up this book. And Eldar and Mothman should definitely pick up this book.

WHICH IS COOLER? KOTOR1 OR KOTOR2?
+25 Hades Points. I thought we went over this: people who are new to this forum wouldn't benefit by necroposting the same 20 threads over and over (each would be 500 pages long or something). For guys like Hierogrammate (see post above this one), these topics are new, interesting, and enjoyable. You've seen these same threads a billion times, but nobody is forcing you to enter them. Step out of the way and let the new guys have some fun. On Topic: K2 was cooler. K1 was the better game.

So what you are saying is that Visc is a ghost we've been talking to, and the actual man has been dead for a few millenia?

Backwards Compatibility
Yeah, I don't much touch my 360 nowadays. Oblivion was good while it lasted, but there isn't a great selection of other games, and if there was, I wouldn't want to be shelling out $120 just for getting two games that looked nice. I believe that the key for people on the edge of deciding is to wait. Darque, Volo, Deraldin... there aren't any good games out yet for the systems, er, the 360, since Wii and PS3 aren't even out yet. Time will tell what the best choice is, and in the meantime, know that you probably wouldn't be enjoying a 360 very much right now. Also, I forgot to mention here, Jade Empire is lackluster. Kotor was much better, even K2 was better, and that isn't even a complete game

Lioness in Zoo Kills Man Who Invoked God
You beat me to it. I thought that was blanks alter ego... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> nah, he's too tolerant of others to be me. I already have my hands full being Chupacabra.

What are you playing now...
Oh, I finally played Jade Empire. The first noticeable thing was the combat. In one word: atrocious, especially considering that combat makes up 70-80% of the game. Moreover, they slap you upside the head with it to start with, and I was immediately tempted to put the game down and not pick it up again... I put up with it though... Characters are varied and relatively interesting. Romance was on the higher end for video games (which is not saying much). The main storyline was more compelling than Morrowind (which is not saying much again). It was also enough to allow me to push through the horrible combat system. Graphics were good for the platform and time it came out (xbox, 2002), but after Oblivion I am jaded. Overall, this game was given better scores than I believe it deserves. I'd give it a 4/5 at most, and a 3/5 at least.
