  1. So we're pathetic now, are we? Pfft! We seem to be outnumbering you in this thread. Go back to your Trekkie conventions and your pointy ears, silly man. SET WARP FACTOR 9, MR SULU!
  2. I can't believe you're still going on about this, Visc. Oh wait a sec, yes I can.
  3. I thought the controls on the PC version were utter shat.
  4. I'm most looking forward to the fact that there will (hopefully) not be another movie.
  5. Megatron has, at various stages of his many existances, survived: 1) Being nearly killed by Optimus Prime 2) Being rebuild by Unicron (who, according to the comic book continuity, was a god) 3) Falling through a space bridge designed for 1 with a very young and sprightly Optimus Prime(as per the War Within comics) 4) Being consumed by Unicron and later rebuilding himself inside said dead god of chaos and destruction (see TF:Engergon comics). 5) Surviving a year or so in molten lava. Exar Kun is a silly little girlie man. The force couldn't protect him.
  6. That was one of my favourites as well. Oh, okay. When you said you'd been a fan since "The Unearthly Child", I figured you'd have to have been at least 45 or so (given that Dr Who started im 1963, wasn't it?).
  7. Daleks are not robots. They're the mutated remenants of the Kaled race, grown lovingly in vats by Davros. </nerd mode off> Isn't Mark Gatiss listed as a writer for this series? Whilst I liked the League of Gentlemen, I hope there are no amputee joke shop owners in this new series.
  8. I've never understood how anyone could enjoy that show. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You mean you never had the living **** scared out of you by the Daleks? Oh dear, you have lead a sheltered existance.
  9. Geez, Visc. I didn't think you were that old. The only good Dr Who music that is electronic is the Orbital version of the theme. <3
  10. I believe it's supposed to have a 3-core 3.0Ghz PowerPC processor.
  11. We don't even have consistent measurements of beer between states here in Australia. Only in New South Wales can you get a schooner (or a "schmiddy"- bleh).
  12. I want Aurora hired to re-implement the missing ending.
  13. I've had minimal problems with mine (9500Pro). Aside from the occasional CTD, it's been working fine.
  14. I seem to recall the movies in the original being of the same quality.
  15. I think you'll find it has more to do with the .NET Framework than ATI.
  16. I'm in Sydney and I got it yesterday. Try EB if you can.
