I know movies have to go to each individual country it's being showed in to be rated. I'm not sure about games though, I'd suspect it's similar because I don't think the UK uses the same rating system...Or do they?
I've never seen a problem with drinking tap water. I don't like people who buy those gient jugs of Poland Spring water and have one of those water things you see in uncomfortable, smelly car dealerships.

Blu-Ray is capable of holding so much, I wouldn't be suprised. If they do though, PS3 games will probably cost a whole lot more though. Has anyone heard anything on the price of them?
