The Map Editor only makes multiplayer maps. Although I have to agree the healing system and pretty much all the animation is top notch. Pretty immersive too.

Playing Far Cry 2... and it sucks. Remember when I said Half-life 2 was boring? I take that back. Far Cry 2 is the most boring FPS I've found. Fire is useless, it just putters out after a while and never really kills anything. The characters speak like they've gone overdose on caffeine while still managing to be completely uninteresting or unique, the whole buddy system is ridiculous and the constant guard posts... no comment. Worse part is there's no SDK to edit all these bad design choices out.

Review scores are always a joke. Their only possible purpose is to compare different games, and even then, its all just numbers. When you look at game reviews, don't look at the score. That never works. Look at the bad/good the reviewer talks about. Those are usually more accurate... Unless its Gamespot. They just throw "GREAT STORY!" on every hyped title and rarely mention anything wrong with the game.

Sounds a bit... lame. But then if you don't talk to Sie right, she attacks you, so there are some bad choices.

If I had any talent in making 2d games I'd help.

I like absurdist comedy. I just don't laugh out loud at it.

Buy all the ammo you can. You'll need it.

Looks like good and simple graphics with some nice art direction. Also, better graphics help for better atmosphere, usually. If Dead Space or Bioshock were uglier they wouldn't be as good, and physics that impact gameplay are always fun.

Damn good news... but I'm probably just going to rent it.

I'm going to try and ask a serious question though: does anyone think this'll be better/worse than ME? In terms of story and dialogue, mostly. It seems most people (or some here, I dunno) think Bioware's been getting worse with the years, so... from what you've seen of the game, do you think they're getting better again? Its certainly not as pretty as ME... which is something I don't really get.

Also Carth was a well written, interesting character.

I don't sell back bad games. I sell short games I've already played to death. Honestly, after going through FEAR 2 twice, I just want my 60$ back.

Haven't seen one of those in a while. The actual Xbox forums would help a lot more, like Tigranes said. Though I think the console isn't really supported by MS anymore, so getting fixed is unlikely.

It's not supposed to be scary. It's an RE4 clone, with slightly better gameplay and monster design. It has a better story. Now, I know that's not saying much, but DS' story was actually entertaining for me. Don't expect anything brilliant but it was much more interesting than "The President's daughter has been kidnapped by zombies. Are you man enough to save her?". As bad as Resident Evil's plots are, isn't any better. The end cutscene is pretty fun, though. Finding out was a pretty good twist to me.
