  1. I thought the scores for Driv3r were all the evidence people needed. I mean, I never played the game, but I don't think I ever saw someone praise it, yet reviewers gave it 9's.
  2. You should return to your village, they need their idiot. Who gives a goddamn about this numberic ****? Allow me to repeat it for you again, since you fail to read entire posts, rather just bumble through them like a blubbering vagina. If it was not the case, then when you solo with Hanharr he should not have been almost dead at lvl 50 after fighting two rooms of badguys. He should, in theory have stormed through them like they were ants. There is a significant difference, whether your 8 level difference friend sees it or not. If your idiocy were correct, than Hanharr should have blitzed through the entire area with no effort, since he would have been fighting enemies ~30 levels below him. Instead, he was faced with enemies that did enough damage to squash him if he were lvl 20 or so. He has 100's and 100's of hit points at that level, and they just smashed him down rather quickly. Enough that I was only able to clear a few rooms before running to the door to free the exile. Beause you talk from your ass. You can't leave your PC, go to your XBOX, pop in the game, boot up a save try something out, then play to get to lvl 50 in another game and notice a drastic difference. Game 1 I played through normally, namely because I didn't know about the hisses in the tomb. Game 2 I played to get as powerful as possible, and found it not once bit easier to complete. It was equally as easy both ways, the differences in damage recieved from enemies, and the damage enemies recieved before they died was significant. I had the same issue with Hanharr the first time I played that section at lvl 18 or so, as I did when I did it at lvl 50. I wonder what two sentences you'll pick out of this post to further your cause of ignorance on this subject will be?
  3. Everytime you post about this, I keep thinking that some village, somewhere, is missing their idiot. I remember dieing a few times to groups of sith apprentices due to their use of lightning and mind screw powers... How I miss enemy AI like that in KOTOR 2.
  4. Yeah, because you didn't find a lot, that means nobody else did... What an assclown. The simple fact of the matter is the loot system IS random, and very random at that, you'll find the dumbest stuff in the most ignorant locations, and you'll find 10 of something very rare one game, and then none of that item the next. But you do find everything that you can build, none of it is special or unique.
  5. what the ****?
  6. You 8 level difference friend has not played a lvl 50 character. You 8 level difference friend has not seen the DRASTIC difference between the power of a lvl 50 versus the power of a lvl 25. Your 8 level difference friend therefor hasn't been able to observe that enemies that once took 100 damage to kill, now eat 200 before falling. But why have this discussion with someone who doesn't even own the game? Yeah, the whole cheating self, when nothing is being cheated. Nothing changes for the worse. But, again, you don't own the game, perhaps your 8 level different friend can explore some more and do a little more investigating for you. You have too much faith in this game. There's nothing "wise" about choosing your skills. You only need X amount in each skill to unlock the benefits, and you can easily attain those key numbers without getting to level 50, 40 or even 30. Unless of course, you want to waste time on the workbench building medpacs from 1000 credit items that you've broken down, which, if sold, would have given you more medpacs anyway. Darn, I responded to all of your crap again, and you, again, failed to acknowledge other facts. So futile to even try to debate with ignorant people, but I guess it's a personal fault of mine to do it anyway.
  7. That's a big negative on that one. The workbench is the least of balance issues. As it is, there's nothing on it that you can't naturally find/buy, and that aside, it's a waste of time to devote energy/time into using it, due to the very fact that you find and/or buy several copies of every item you can build. Nothing about the workbench system makes this game unbalanced. It's the last thing someone should worry about.
  8. party members can be influenced by both ends of a shift Gain or lose a ton of influence and you can convert them. Never played female so I don't know, but perhaps that's how you influence him, or just keep him around a little longer to see if you can get another point or so on his "kiss his ass" sheet?
  9. If the workbench mattered, this statement would be soooooo true.
  10. *queue another foolish rant by Nihilis regading palpatines weakness
  11. Why even make a big deal out of the workbench. Credits are so easy to come by, and the items you can make are so cheap and/or easy to find, using it to do anything but add upgrades to your equipment is unimportant. On top of that, the game is so poorly balanced anyway, that the workbench is the last thing people should be worrying about.
  12. Are you writing a guide or something? ... HK-47 isn't vital to the game, but his parts are found on Peragus, Telos and Nar Shadda. Bao-Dur looks like Darth Maul only yellow/tan Visas has a viel over her face, and wears maroon and black/purple
  13. If you can, do it. Consider yourself lucky that you can get a full refund.
  14. He hasn't gotten to the lazy developement part of the game yet...
  15. "p.s. yeah, using a glitch to level up to 50 is cheating... but as this is a single person game, it not really matter as only person getting cheated is the person cheating." Nobody is getting cheated since the game does not become any easier. You just benefit from a the higher level, while the enemies DO scale to your ability. If it was not the case, then when you solo with Hanharr he should not have been almost dead at lvl 50 after fighting two rooms of badguys. He should, in theory have stormed through them like they were ants. There is a significant difference, whether your 8 level difference friend sees it or not.
  16. I doubt it. The first Sith Apprentice group in KOTOR used more force powers than all of KOTOR 2's enemies combined. Played the game through twice (since I always give a game two chances before I make a judgement on it), and the only force powers that were ever cast were. heal by the masters drain life by a boss that seemed to "auto" use it with his normal attack choke by the last boss before being force crushed to death They no longer force lightning your party like they did in KOTOR, they no longer confuse you, or breach your force immunities, they no longer force push you, they basically run at you and melee you with sabers. OH SO HARD. Force storm owns the academy rooms though, crush is one at a time, storm is the entire group dead at once. Crush should have cost 100 fp, to try and balance it out.
  17. It's not cheating, since the game scales to your level. But yeah, if it makes no sense to see how powerful you can get, then ok.
  18. ultimate party is the exile case closed, he can dominate the game on hard while soloing
  19. He was incredibly manipulative. His powers of the darkside were so strong that he was able to be in the same room with jedi masters (Yoda included) and not allow them to feel his presence. He plotted to throw the republic into a civil war, where he controlled both armies, and nobody realized it. He then pulled Anakin to the darkside, and had him kill his former jedi friends. He (palpatine) then reveals himself as the sith lord he really is, and yoda sets out to find him and destroy him. Yoda does find him, but only after palpatine has shown incredible power of lightning, and basically storms every jedi to death that confronts him, including Mace Windu, although, he just blasts him out a window and Anakin finishes him off below. Then palpatine and yoda duel, and yoda gets jacked. Afterwards, palpatine leaves and Anakin then confronts Obi Wan, they fight, Obi sorta wins, and Anakin gets jacked in lava. Palpatine then "creates" Darth Vader and Yoda, realizing what has happened, retreats to that little **** hole planet Degobah or however it's spelt. After that, ep 4-6 start, which basically show Darth Vader owning people, and the Emperor (palpatine) running the republic army (storm troopers - which are the clones). He constructs the "death star" (which is shown at the end of ep2) they destroy a planet, Obi Wan feels it, trains Luke Skywalker, Obi confronts Vader, Vader kills him this time (sorta), and Luke whines like a baby. He rescues the princess gets on the falcon with chewy, Han, 3po and r2, and they fly away. They eventually destroy the death star and then get blitzed on Hoth, a frozen world, Luke seeks out Yoda to be trained as a jedi, meets vader, fights vader, gets his hand cut off, is told vader was his pappy, whines like a baby again, gets rescused, becomes a jedi, goes back to yoda, yoda dies, emperor builds another death star, they meet ewoks, they fight storm troopers, they have a space battle, luke turns himself over to vader, the emperor tries to corrupt luke, luke tries to kill the emeror, vader stops him, they duel, luke cuts off vaders hand, the emperor gets pissed, unleashes lightning, and vader, throws the emperor down a pit to save his son. Vader dies fireworks, dancing ewoks and they live happily everafter. Yeah, but dooku was just a pawn, palpatine is a sith lord, he doesn't fall to yoda's flea tactics.
  20. Atris on front Kriea is on the back with the hooded robe and green saber Visas is also on the back of the box, bottom right and middle screenshots, she's the female with the red saber handmaiden has short white hair, not on the box
  21. dueling for single bladed or unarmed lightsaber focus melee weapon focus strength or if your dex is > strength, get the finesse feat for lightsabers and melee weapons
  22. Neither, solo is much more fun.
  23. Did Nar Shadda as a lvl 13-15 on my 1st game, and as a lvl 50 on my second game. The enemies took a lot more damage in the second game.
  24. To add to the faces (w00t)
  25. Wait till you see him own jedi with his lightning in ep 3.... You love that nose of his even more.
