When you said "Ah, yes the game glitches that many complain about but few actually have." You'd have to read minds to know that out of the many people complaining about glitches, only a few actually have them. Granted, you never said you were a mind reader, but it was the only logical conclusion my small mind could come up with, when trying to understand why you said that.

and here's your ****ing sign
-
Your insight into the minds of people across the world is amazing...

Roses are red Violets are blue If you use that shield I'll smash you to goo ?

The only thing I was trying to clear up, is how you knew that out of all the people that complained, only a few of them were actually telling the truth and having problems. I never once talked about your personal experiences with the game, since that's something I don't really care about.
-
Yet you still haven't answered my question. You specifically said that many people complained about the game. So one is left with the conclusion that you have personally seen/read/heard many people complain about the glitches. Then you quickly followed up with a claim that out of the many that did complain, only a few of them really had problems. So, that was and still is the statement I was curious about. Calling me a kid, rolling your eyes, and suggesting diagrams does nothing to back your claim that you're calling a bunch of people liars. So, I'd love to know how you know that out of the "many that complain" only a "few" have glitches.
-
I never said otherwise...
-
Because you said that many people complained about glitches, yet few had them. I was curious as to how you were able to magically transport into every persons living room and view a recording of their past experiences with KOTOR 2 and arrive to the conclusion that the majority of them were liars. It's like you claim to know more about their experiences with the game then they do...
-
I thought they were better than the old ones, personally.
-
Wait, so now it's few complain and many hear these complaints? What happened to: Don't dumb anything down on my part, I can follow along just fine.
-
What "movies now" are you referring to?
-
That's fine, cause I don't see how you could ever prove that out of the "many" that complain only a "few" have problems. It's just as likely that everyone that's complained has had problems, why else would all these people that had absolutely no issues with the game complain about issues that other people are talking about?
-
But how do you know that few people have the glitches, even though many people complain (using your own words here)?
-
If only KOTOR 1 had those wonderful robes...
-
It would suck as bad as the movie!!~(*&~*&!^$()*%
-
Wait, many complain but few have. I don't follow...
-
Voted 5 because of the random nature of the games glitches. No play through is guaranteed to be a success.

Really? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Here's your ****ing sign.

Or force crush... Sad really, I can't believe they err'd so greatly on the side of easy. I mean, when playtesting, did any of the QA guys pop up from the desk and tell the developers "Um, guys, this game provides no challenge what so ever."?
-
There's not a decent challenge, the game is still far too easy. The only way to make it hard is to play with blasters only, no close combat feats and no force powers.

Should've Bioware Taken The Job For KOTOR II?
Epiphany replied to KotorianRuler's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Yet another failed attempt to show forum superiority. Yep, you've missed the debate. Go back and read the K-guys post. He talks about point a to b to c, with no chance of messing up, no thinking, yada yada. First person shooters are by default, simple like this. You're just not seeing it, and have made up your own little fantasy world where people are talking about the inner complexity of the developers thinking while taking a dump and writing a behind the scenes scripting sequence. Get on the same page please, talking with you about this nonsense is rather annoying, especially when you're as uninformed as you are on the subject. The **** I can't. I can play Halo, Unreal, Doom, Half Life, etc... and run from the vast majority of the enemies, only killing what I absolutely HAVE to kill. Or I can kill everything I come across. That's a CHOICE I CAN MAKE. Like I said before, you're disagreeing just to disagree. Not easy enough for you though. If you were educated enough in marketing, you'd know that a lot of work, direction, writing and research goes into TV ads. It's like filming a movie on a much smaller scale, so yes, it's a form of art because of the art direction the director choses to do, the music that's written for the ad, etc... Your lack of knowledge is starting to shine. -

I'd keep going on this, but you haven't played very many RPG's from what you've shown on your list. It would be a waste of time to go on and on about the genre as a whole since you have limited experience in it. -

Games are not an art? Oh please. The very definition of it uses the term "such as", which opens the door to other forms or art. It uses music and literature as two examples, both of which are found in games, the visual art is found in games also. Now you're just disagreeing with everything everyone says regardless of the logic behind it. <quote> </quote> Replace < with [ and > with ] Oh and put text between them of course... -

Then you've utterly confused me, because that doesn't go against anything said in this discussion that I can tell. Oh my god........... -

You don't do a very good job of proving your point. Oops, that's what you're supposed to say, my bad. I won't get angry if you want to use that as your fallback. Nobody said that they have to have worse stories, but they generally do (which is the fact you keep missing). AvP you ran from room to room clearing out enemies, and got tugged along for the ride. That's the original arguement here, sorry you failed to grasp it, and made up your own version of the discussion. Game, set and match. To the person making up a discussion in his mind, claiming opinions as facts, and telling people to grow up because they don't believe his opinions as the gospel truth. In a shooter, I can choose to roleplay my guy as a killing machine, or a guy that kills only what he has to, and runs from the rest. Oops, I guess that makes every FPS a RPG now, by your definition. Wanna try again?
