  1. Ok, so looking at page 38 of the manual, it states that the requirements for a Divine Champion are: HPpL: 10 BaB: 7 Feats: Weapon Focus That sounds pretty easy to have from the very beginning. Can I be a Divine Champion right at character creation? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ***being nasty and pointing out on BAB +7= atleast 7th level*** heh, information overrun
  2. normally, if you have the requirements as anything (even mage) you can get that prestige class, be it magic user or fighter or whatever. Just have the requirements at one point for them ...the Githzerai and the Githyanki were once one people, but became split into two "races"... ...WHO LUVS YA, BABY!!... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> uprising against illithid slavers < breaking free < problems between leaders < split of culture < split of race Similar to drow history, except how/why it began
  3. only base class things are interacted with prestige classes no ability scores no feats thus if a prestige class requited +5 attack, 4 on intimidatin and iron will you nead: the Iron Will feat atleast +5 base attack Bonus (BAB) and atleast 4 levels in the intimidation skill you can archieve these: BAB with warrior classes on lvl 5 Iron Will when ever you chose it as feat now skills are a bit more tricky: either on lvl 1 if it has it as class skill, or lvl 5 if not BUT if you have a strenght of 14 and you have a modifier of +2 becouse of this it doesn't give you +5 BAB on lvl 3 (hope this helped)
  4. Hmm, never heard of that race before. Anyone know of a link to a description or a picture? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Githzerai
  5. till then think about what kind of character yu create, a cleric, bard, or a mage can be quite entertaining <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh, I'm pretty predictable in that regard My first PC will be a Ranger with Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Bastard Sword, Power Attack, and Favored Power Attack. I'll have him use the bastard sword with two hands, and try to up my damage enough so that I can force the Death by Massive Damage rule on some enemies :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ranger eh? i ussually chose for the enemy 1. undead 2. outsider
  6. neuroticfish: they are coming to take me away http://it.stlawu.edu/~x0tsing/takeaway.htm (il ike the neurotic fish version the most)
  7. till then think about what kind of character yu create, a cleric, bard, or a mage can be quite entertaining
  8. STrange the greek pizza is also the best here in hungary
  9. and what are its...ahem, *requirements*
  10. high-damage spoiler alarm!
  11. let's talk about the pizza, does it have fish on it?
  12. *sigh* my keyboard was just splitted over with cofeee...thanks mom <_< was lucky it was usb and pulled it right out...now i use an oldetr emergency bord and its hard to write with it... anyway, playing NWN2 since 3-4 days, got it from my pal at the magazine, its the retail one, they said its not a problem to have iot since it will come out soon anyway, and i kept my mouth shut till now, so no spoilers have been released :D good to have friends/connections the second picture is a female...or was that the first one? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I guess it is the last one... However, I can stand those. About other races: All the pics (and videos) I've seen about them are fine to me. Especially I have nothing to whine about humans. So I don't believe what you last said, jorian. Nothing to say about this anymore from my part. Anything totally unbalanced
  13. all the races have lots of ugly looks, the only playable race what isn't fully f**ked up is the Half-Orc
  14. Aren't they supposed to be inherently graceful and beautiful? That's one of the big things with the race, I thought. bingo and charisma is not same as beauty, also I don't mind if they aren't supermodels, but they should look atleast decent and not like half-drunk, beaten beggars
  15. MEH?! ... aww, crap. I should've ordered it from Webhallen then. I bet CDON won't ship my game until the third. ,_, Jorian: Yes, I believe the mythological greek dryads looked like normal women. Of course, if the D&D Rules were to describe them as little blue fellows with white pants and white hats, then Obsidian would have to model them that way. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> not just the mythological one, in 3.0 and after it anywhere else they are a bit elvish looking, 'nature's child' females except ONE stupid picture whey they look like treants, and obsidian had to pick that one picture <_< Nowhere is it said they have to look like that, quite contrary.
  16. not bad, has some minor jokes, and the main story isn't that bad like that of NWN1
  17. the second picture is a female...or was that the first one?
  18. Note: this is NOT a half-drow or drow, they say these are the average elves
  19. the driad isnt a driad, its a censored version, its fully wooden, and wood is naked... If you ever had/have the Monster manual 1 you know how a driad looks like, and thats not one of them <_< I am angry, don't make me write something i regret later. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, I just checked the monster manual (Core Book III) and the dryad there is a woman clothed and showing LESS than the wooden dryad. EDIT: Of course, I just realized that you might mean 2nd edition monster manual or earlier. I personally prefer Drakar och Demoner's dryad, which is a swanky young lady showing as much as she possibly can (which is a stark contrast to the description of the dryad, where it says they try not to show themselves at all)... err, actually the wooden nymph of NWN 2 is actually better, considering that a dryad is a tree spirit or whatnot. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> whatever i mean, you have to agree dryads are not themselves wooden (if nothing else then just remember them from nwn1)

  21. Whatever you do, dont post that opinion in this thread or you'll get eaten alive for daring not to like it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> not possible anyway becouse thats closed elf: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's not an elf. That's a human with elf ears <{POST_SNAPBACK}> and still, its more elvish than the game's ones <_< did anyone else realize that ONE skeleton, the female gythanki, and the zombie are the only ones not clothed from toe to neck?
  22. yes, they should
  23. Todd Lockwood's elves from the 3.0 FR book: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> not to mention that that picture take about 30 mins to draw, even those elves look better than the ones in the game
  24. Whatever you do, dont post that opinion in this thread or you'll get eaten alive for daring not to like it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> not possible anyway becouse thats closed elf:
  25. i know, i just had to say that somewhere, was not really connected to what i quoted. How the heck should i fit in my role, if i think the char is ugly !? <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Blame WotC for that. All of the images of the elves that I've seen thus far (game hasn't arrived yet) look like Obsidian took Todd Lockwood's illustrations straight out of the PHB and gave them three dimensional form. Like it or not, that is how 3.x D&D elves look. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> nope they aren't, i have all the 3.X book and they still look like elves, not like those in the game  PS: Todd Lockwood makes nice pictures
