Actually I've been playing it since the Sunday 5th - two days before official street date.

Thus far in my first playthrough I've dedicated my time to completing every single side quest (and with my high skills build I'm seriously opening up a crate full of additional side quests), exploring every single nook & cranny, searching every single container, beating every single pazaak player to exhasution and trouncing every single swoop rider's time. Thus far I've logged just over 40 hours and I've just finished my 3rd planet : I got my lightsaber 35 hours into the game. :">

If you don't have it alraady by this stage of the game, then you may as well just wait 'till February.

In the wake of IGN's Best RPG of 2004 and Best Story of 2004 awards going to KotOR II : TSL, it's clearly obvious that the KotOR franchise is all about delivering a compelling, engrossing strory w/ fun, addictive gameplay to boot. Therefore, whoever is develping K3 shouldn't waste valuable development time creating a new engine, when other aspects (story, gameplay etc.), should receive a higher priority. But, one thing is for certain; the Odyssey Engine (the current engine for K1 & k2), is already looking rather dated by today's uber quality standards. Hence, the best thing for the K3 team would be to licence an existing engine.

Wasn't Bao-Dur supposed to combine with T3 to become a mobile workbench?
