I agree with Bokishi - You might want to buy an Xbox first and wait till new hardware/lowerprices are set for what you want on pc, since THATS what changes most frequently. PC prices and components are always in flux. EDIT: have you seen the comparison of XBOX vs PC with oblivion? The XBox is just about as good as a SLI Rig to be honest. IGN compares PC and Xbox Versions

He makes a mockery of the whole white house administration! The only thing good he says about the president is that he makes the world greatest photo ops, on jets and flooded cities. He talks about the 32 approval rating and how there just statisics that are based on reality, and reality as we all know is a liberl biased, and that don't listen to the polls, because the glass is not half empty its 2/3 empty, and the last is always back wash. He rips onthe president.
