  1. The jumping in Oblivion is not realistic at all. It's like you can jump ten feet into the air. I personally think the K1 and K2 were fine without jumping. I don't know if I posted it on this forum or another but, if there were certian classes you could choose that would start the game off differently. Say you choose a republic soldier (who's appearence and attributes you can choose yourself), you may start the game in a space battle and progress from there. Maybe you could choose a Jedi class and start the game in a completely different part of the galaxy. If you did this, the game would have a much higher replay value. Bring into play the fates of Both Revan and the Exile as well are past party members. Something like The Architect's signiture suggests. That would be pretty cool. Some of the things I think they need to take our of the current games: Lost memory. I am so sick of the whole "Who the hell am I?" thing. For both games it was fine, but they can't bring it in a third time. They need to do away with the incredibly linear worlds. I was so tired of not being able to explore around a little bit more. If you start as a Jedi, you START with a lightsaber. No more having to look for all the parts you need. It's just dumb.
  2. okay, i'll play through it and see what happens. thanks.
  3. i'm on citidel station and i'm trying to find the two criminals to collect on the bounty. i went to the czerka offices where they were suppposed to be but they weren't there. i've searched everywhere but i can't find them. it's frustrating because this has happened to me the last couple of times i've played this game and i still can't figure out where they are. can any of you tell me what i'm doing wrong?
  4. it would be interesting if in the very beginning of the game, there would be certian preset characters you could choose from. maybe a jedi, a republic soldier, a sith lord or soldier... the part of the main story you would play through would depend on the character you chose. so each character you chose would make the story play differently. like if you chose to play a republic soldier, the story would take you to worlds that wouldn't be accessable if you had chosen any other character. Does that make sense? of course you would still be able to choose their appearance and everything. you could also have all the different character classes' stories intertwine somehow at the end.
  5. okay, so i restarted my character and he now has a repair level of eleven. still the breakdown values of most items i have is one. shouldn't it be a little bit higher than that?
  6. so even if you use t3-,3 it won't matter?
  7. so i was playing through kotor 2 for the umteenth time. i had finished everything and all i had left to do was to go to dantooine and face the remaining jedi. i took this time and went to nar shaddaa to upgrade my saber. when i selected the work bench in near docking area however, i found that the breakdown value of all the items i had in my inventory had been dramatically reduced. most items i had could only be broken down into one or two components. i tried some other work benches, same problem. bummer. so i finished the game and then started a new character. the same thing happened! so far, i haven't been able to get it back to normal. what is going on here? how do i fix this?
  8. i was thinking... it would be cool to add both turn-based and real-time combat into the next game. go into options and turn off turn turn-based combet if you'd rather go up against foes using the "x" button, like in fable and jade empire.
  9. that's the weird part. kotor 1 is live compatable but kotor 2 isn't.
  10. xbox 2 is coming out later this year, so yeah, kotor 3 will most likely be for xbox 2. and don't worry all you pc peeps, i have no doubts that they'll make it for pc also.
  11. that's the part that sucks. you pc guys can download a patch while us xboxers can't. unless they come out with a disk, we're going to miss out on that cut content. you pc people get all the fun.
  12. i wore the mining uniform through the entire telos level.
  13. kotor 2 was a fine game. sure it had it's shortcomings, but overall it really wasn't that bad. the thing about kotor 2 is, you're either going to like it or not, there really is no in between. people who like it will tell people that it's good, but the poeple who hated it will tell everyone. because of that, more people who haven't played the game will get the impression that it sucks when they really have no idea. over all, i think it all comes down to sales. if kotor 2 does well, then obsidian will more than likely make kotor 3.
  14. i have no doubt that there is going to be a third game.
