I was going to post something incredibly witty and clever about how the only political activism Johnny Rotten ever performed was shouting cuss words on TV, but I'll refrain. I'm considering myself warned.
There are tones of Punk bands that can both play their instruments with fantastic technical and artistic proficiency and mutter insipid political ideals at the same time. The Sex Pistols didn't make good music. They were fashion dolls. That's their lasting impact on the world of punk rock. The Ramones, on the other hand, are good music.

Why yes, it had occurred to me, in a revelation of sorts, that spamming internet message boards is not for the sane among us. Perhaps he simply mistook it for a Finnish mating call, and had, with great caution, instructed you towards an aphrodisiac.
