Eh? Criticism (or outirght bashing) surely didn't hurt NWN1's long terms sales. So, that exuse is poor. If the game is good (and NWN2 is); it should be able to handle the criticism. If not, it *deserves* to fail (though, I hope it doesn't since I personally like it).

YES! I finally threw Neeshka in the trash can! I now have Quara. She tends to be a tad chaotic; but I hope influence actually matters in this game, and you can convince her that chaos does *not* run supreme. Of course, as soon I mentioned that to her I auto lost 3 rep points which means sadly that influence works like KOTOR2 - the npcs influence you; not the other way around... Still, she's a much more fun character than Neeshka!

LOL That's right Taks. everyone who is having problems with the game it's because they don't 'take care of their system'. LOL And, no, the camera is not 'nearly identicial'. It's bad. Should point out, I'm getting used to it. That doesn't mean it's good. Too often the camera decides to move the view so I'm looking at a wall instead of my characters. LOL

Roshan, because the tatics are available. They're just not needed often. BB: It seesm random. Sometimes the combat modes stay on or come back on in the next fight. Sometimes, you have to reclick them.

Of course, it should be pointed out that there ius a difference between making a complaint and some of the whining about the game. Or the rabid defending of the game over there. A good number of threads on the BIO baords are rabid fanboys attacking the complainers personally. LOL

MCA is my hero. His joinables along with the fun (but easy so far) combat (and character creation) is what makes the camapign.

Honestly, I think they should have more allies avaialble earlier on. Not specifically casters; but I simply like getting joinables as early as possibl;e so I can have more choice in whole I travel with. I would have LOVED for the first two from the tutorial to be full time joinables. I REALLY liked them.

btw, I think most of the NWN2 BIo forums *like* the game. But, it should be apparant by most that the game has its flaws (and its strengths). Character interatcion is VERY, VERY good.

Roshan, mage/fighter should be very viable. Every class combo shouldbe. They were in NWN1. Why not in NWN2 when combat is basically the same?

Combat is nothing like LH. Combat is pretty much like NWN1. The problem with the combat is that it's relatively easy for the most part. There's still aq lot of tattics to use.

NWN2 is a good game; but it's far from the 'greatest game ever'. It can use a LOT of improvement. btw, Guys, the 'constant complaining' on the BIO NWN2 boards led to Mr. Sawyer and company to state that the ability to put two weapons or weapon + shield into a quick slot will be added to thhe game in next patch. I'll say one thing. So far, post release support seems to be well on its way to be great. I'm glad it seems I was mistaken on that front. Good stuff, Obsidian.

Perhaps no one wants to try G3 because of how buggy is? Why give a game a chance when it likely won';t work? At least NWN2 is stable enough out of the box for MOST people to play it. G3 had it's 'gone gold' status revoked. LOL That should make every potential customer nervous.
