well, the rumours about kotor 2 were dismissed as pure nonsense on these boards just a year ago. fact is, most likely no one on these boards know if kotor 3 is in development or not. kotor 3 may be released late this year, in a few years or maybe never.

ah, the mullet. it's a classic. wonder if i should let my hair grow....

ooh, x-files. now that was a good show; the first 5-6 seasons that is. i guess it was on a few years too many; although t-1000(robert patrick) did bring in a bit of fresh air to the show...

MACGYVER RUUUUULE!!! :D btw, i wholeheartedly agree. sg-1 is a bit immature and the main characters are basically flawless. buffy and angel has never been my cup of tea.

random evil guy replied to Obireel Y Doncha's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion

Character Creation - Mixing the Classes around

i'll probably chose sentinel the first time; it was my first choice for kotor1 as well. before i knew how much it sucked, that is... hopefully, sentinel is a lot better this time. -
Where do you set your STR?
random evil guy replied to Obireel Y Doncha's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
i've always favoured strength over dexterity. i thought master flurry combined with a lot of strength, was the best combo. -
hm, didn't know that. norway's gdp is about 40000 $ per capita... http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbo...r/2004rank.html (i think the numbers are a bit off. says here 260000 kr: http://www.ssb.no/magasinet/norge_verden/a...-11-04-02.html).

you really are a d*ck, aren't you? i don't know if you're a liar or just ignorant. do you REALLY think many choose to be homeless? btw, this is one of my biggest issues with the right wing extremist. they don't give a f*ck about other people. if they're mentally ill, they should get help. not roam the streets...

norway have been in the top 3 the last 10 years or so; i think we were 2nd the last time(luxembourg was richer)...

a lot of authoritarian people here; or should i say fascists and commies...

Not at issue here I don't deny they save lives we see it here in the states just with the vests police officers use. My whole arguement is that the death toll will still rise so blaing the death toll on the unavailibilty of vests is a little off. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i don't think anyone is blaming the death yoll on the lack of vests; i guess most people just think that vests could reduce the number of killed soldiers. it may not save a lot of lives, but maybe a few...?

john legend's "get lifted" is pretty good. quality soul/rnb is very rare. get lifted is not bad; not perfect, but it has its moments. "let's get lifted", "i can change" and "used to love you" are all solid songs...
-
Uh I knew you were going to say that it was bait. Now how do you apply that to a bullet proof vest. AS I said it has been proven here in the states not even police officers will wear them unless made to. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i don't see your point. wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle is uncomfortable; but it saves lives. what are you really saying here? soldiers should wear whatever they feel comfortable in? like sweatpants and a t-shirt...?
-
Your point? Surely you are not arguing that soldiers shouldn't be equipped with body armor because it's uncomfortable? Or perhaps you think that since it won't prevent you from getting shrapnel in your face, body armor is totally worthless? spot on. wearing a gas mask is fekkin uncomfortable, but i don't think anyone would complain wearing one during a chemical attack... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well if there was always the possibility of a chemical attack but you were not sure when it was coming being deployed in an area were temperatures regularly get into the 90's would you were your gasmask all the time? Its been proven in the US that not all police officers will wear their vests even though they face the possibility of being fataly shot every day. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> have you ever been in the army? you don't wear the mask all the time; you have it with you. it takes about 10 seconds to put it on.

first of all, the troops aren't suffering from a lack of supplies. there are certainly isolated cases of problems, but no general lack of anything. you mobilize that many people in the middle of terrorist bombings and tell me things won't be in short supply from time to time. second of all, $40M is 1) a drop in the bucket compared to the billion we're spending every day, griping about it is just as ridiculous 2) not going to outfit our troops with body armor... what's so funny about this is that nobody seems to care when other presidents spend this kind of money (they all do, the numbers increase because of inflation, duh). but bush, nooooo, suddenly it's called a "lavish party." give it a rest. whining is so easy to pick apart. taks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> still, no answer. are you a liar or are you ignoring me? if you don't answer this time, i'll assume you're just trolling and have no idea whatsoever what you're talking about... "fox, btw, has more democratic guests than republican. a factoid that few seem to care about." PROVE IT!!! http://www.fair.org/extra/0108/sources.html http://www.commondreams.org/headlines01/0701-05.htm

he really has been fired... "stepping down" is just the network's way of doing it without really admitting they screwed up... kind of like when executives leave some coporation, they're always listed as "moving on to other interests." his ratings have been floundering lately anyway, and this was a perfect excuse to replace him. taks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> can you prove this claim or not: "fox, btw, has more democratic guests than republican. a factoid that few seem to care about." http://www.fair.org/extra/0108/sources.html http://www.commondreams.org/headlines01/0701-05.htm

and to show the hypocrisy of the left... and their "crap" as you so eloquently put it, is not biased... try watching their news once in a while. as noted, their analysts are on the right in general, but not all. fox, btw, has more democratic guests than republican. a factoid that few seem to care about. taks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> are you sure about that? i thought it was the other way around.... i don't know, so i'm just asking. http://www.fair.org/extra/0108/sources.html http://www.commondreams.org/headlines01/0701-05.htm

it is... CNN i mean. CNNs tv analysts are mostly liberal, however, from what i've seen. they get pounded in the ratings, too. i generally think canada is socialist, but not necessarily communist. a subtle, yet at the same time profound, difference. taks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> it's called social democracy; emerged from socialism late in the 19th century. a split from the marxist movement. here; go nuts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_democracy

haha, have you even tried some of fifa's competitors? 1.what is soccor? 2.i've played football for nearly 15 years now and i've played footy games for about 10 years. so i'd think i know what i'm talking about... 3."In fact, they're so damn good they actually got me to wtahc a couple of SOCCOR games on tv though I got bored. SOCCOR is fun to play; boring to play. " -you're basically admitting you have no clue about what you are discussing. ergo, learn a bit about football or shut up. footy games are a simulation of the real thing; therefor they should be as realistic as possible. fifa are way off; everyone who knows what they are talking about(and i do mean everyone!) considers pes(pro evolution soccer) to be vastly superior to fifa... -

ea makes crap footy games; it's a fact. if you knew anything about football and tried one of the fifa games, you'd know that. if you don't believe me, go read a few reviews of the games or even better; try the game for yourself. then compare it to pro evolution soccer. the difference in realism and gameplay is huge. fifa might have better graphics and real name rosters; but who the f*ck gives a sh*t about that. btw, anyone who thinks fifa is a quality footy series, have obviously no idead what they're talking about. it may be fun, but it's not a realistic football game. it's an arcade game for kids... -

well, they DO make crap sports games and they DO charge hundreds of dollars for them. i.e. fifa99, fifa00, fifa01, fifa02,fifa03 etc etc sucked big time. the worst part is, ea used to make good games. fifa98 is one the best footy games ever; but i guess they got too gready and big for their own good. nowadays, konami's pro evolution soccer is miles ahead of the fifa-series. the only thing ea got going for them, are liscenses. real names and players; but the gameplay is horrible.
