  1. Awesome. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> YES!
  2. AND ATTACKING ITS WEAK POINT FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE! ...sorry got carried away there
  3. I don't think you have a fixed man character. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, Volo + others already corrected that. I was too lazy to edit my post though.
  4. I can't be as linear Jade Empire, it simply can't be. The whole setting demands free-roaming through planets. Even pseudo-freeroaming like KotOR would be better.
  5. Sounds pretty good, now if the framerate really is improved as Epiphany said and the lipsync + general animations (maybe the combat is more fun playing than seeing) are fixed, then all the superficial matters are ok. Then the last and the most difficult piece of the puzzle is left: To make a great story worth playing.
  6. How so? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No dramatic step in audio, graphics or game-design. Unless it's the Wii, but since i am biased towards it, we'll leave it there.
  7. I challange Bioware to do a story a la Neon Genesis Evangelion (including the movie), where the player can choose between the angels or mankind. Either way, you will f*ck eveything up
  8. That has alot to with the fact that they're aren't next-generation.
  9. Back to topic though, one thing bothered me with the trailer. Why on earth did the bartender speak with accent commonly accociated with 18-year old students at Starbucks? Are dweebs intergalactical clones of each other, or are Bioware just lazy?
  10. Actually, i'm watching it now. Only seen 6-7 episodes though. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Any good? I haven't watched a decent anime in a while. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> As kirottu said, it seems decent. Not my top 20 though, but not something crap like Fushigi yoogi or Kiddy grade either.
  11. Actually, i'm watching it now. Only seen 6-7 episodes though. There's been some indication of it so far though.
  12. What do you mean by fixed main character? You create your own - unless you mean fixed by you having to play a human so the story makes sense. Framerate was improved (as well as the overall visuals) by a single optimization pass after E3, Bioware dev was talking about it on their forums the other day. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> As already stated, with a fixed voice for the main character, they seem to have gone the Deus Ex route.
  13. Pro's: - Graphics - Facial animation - Seems more non-linear than Jade Empire - Several worlds - Different combat... No's: - ...which seems to be slow and uninspiring - Generic VO - Fixed main character - Framerate
  14. One can, with the talent, make a good movie about anything. And for the record, i still have a hard time accepting Vin Diesel as 47, when there's Statham around.
  15. I refuse to connect the Xbox360 to the Internet (not one single trailer has ever been able to finish). Is there another source available?
  16. Relax, it's the Duke. It's empirically impossible for that game to fail.
  17. Ofcourse not, i'm your regular uneducated jock when it comes to music Still, RIP Syd Barrett.
  18. The same can be said about the Beatles compared to *insert band name here*, but no one can deny the influence they had on music either.
  19. Who's Pink?
  20. *sobs* http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2-2265034,00.html
