I'm getting the same issue as well on the lowest graphic settings possible (tried it thrice). I'm running 10.12.6 Sierra on my mac. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, I'm excited to play the game. :D

Yes, me too. My hardware and OS match the previous poster.

You can add me to the list of people with the same crash at the first Adra pillar. I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) and running macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3

Exact same issues.

Caleb, Any idea when we might get an update on this issue?

Same issue here. OS 10.13.4

First of all, thanks for going the extra mile to make this game available on MacOs.  Most developers don't.

Unfortunately, I'm having the same problem with the black screen.  My specs are: OS 10.13.3, MacBook Pro Mid 2014, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB memory, Intel Iris, 1536 MB.  Not exactly a gaming rig, but it ran the opening memory sequence well enough...

10.13.2 High Sierra

late 2013

Hey all,

Sorry to hear you are having these issue on launch! Can you guys let me know which OS you are running? We have been having troubles with Apple trying to get everything set up, so every bit of info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

-Caleb

10.13.4

Same issue for me. This is pretty shocking stuff.

MacOs High Sierra v. 10.13.4

MacBook Air 13", early 2014

1.4 GHz Intel Core i5 processor

Intel HB Graphics 5000

macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

Crash at loading screen after the prelude/memory sequence.

Although since this problem seems to be an issue during the beta and wasn't solved, I hope this problem isn't the start of other issues just waiting to be discovered in the Mac port.

Thanks for looking into this.
