Bad case of rash on some female heads

Not sure if it's a bug or a bad attempt at making freckles, but these look like something a doctor should look at:

Female elves got it especially bad - there are only three heads, two have a rash and another is terribly scarred. Please, devs, make a clean version of these "sick" heads, it totally breaks immersion when they don't match any portrait because of this problem.

    These rash looks really disgusting....

     

    Btw, am I the only one who think the female face in the first version of Beta is the prettiest, and each beta makes it look uglier???

    Come on, folks. The Deadfire archipelago is hot and humid, this doesn't help any facial skin conditions you might have. And all the adventuring, salty winds and lack of bathhouse amenities, make these even worse. These faces may be the most realistic faces ever seen in a CRPG. :p

    Adventurers should be ugly and full of rashes/scars/etc. No female adventurers would look like a model.

    Btw, I didn't find any male heads with these rashes. A medical condition that only affects women?
