April 13, 20169 yr Attached is a picture. I already have a character assigned to the quest and it has an assign button. Clicking the button removes the quest and doesn't give me an option to assign anyone.
April 13, 20169 yr There is a bug that causes that button to read "Assign" when it should actually read "Recall". Workaround is don't click Assign after you've already assigned someone (because you'll recall them). Allegedly they are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

September 13, 20169 yr Is this bug still present in 3.03 ? Because I'm pretty sure I stumbled on it, but since it was reported Apr 2015 I cant really believe it has not yet been fixed...
February 4, 20178 yr I just replayed the game (Jan/Feb 2017) and this bug is still there. A great idea would be to ask for confirmation before letting you Recall your companion assigned to the quest. That really should be there even if the bugged text is fixed. Thanks.

April 30, 20178 yr Well ****, this is apparently still an issue. Just clicked "Assign" wondering why it said someone was assigned despite still having that option. Luckily I had a save from not long before. Can't believe these bugs still exist.
August 16, 20178 yr Hi guys, I'm playing the game with patch 3.03 and this just happened to me. So in 3.03 the bug has still not been fixed. August 16, 20178 yr I'll bet they had it assigned to somebody, but then the bug fix quest got deleted. "It has just been discovered that research causes cancer in rats."
