limaxophobiacq Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 (edited) Dominion of the Sleepers can be activated out of combat, so it's certainly pretty good for tough fights and for passing attribute checks in conversation. Steps to the Wheel is actually pretty powerfull. Fast AoE paralyze with +10 accuracy, what's not to like? Crucible of the Soul and Speaker to the Restless OTOH I don't see much use for. Had some uses on a cipher. Kaylon Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 Crucible of the Soul is a decent way to heal yourself when you have many enemies clustered together - 10+ endurance/enemy can give you easily over 50 endurance when you don't want to use a potion.
