For what it's worth (and maybe this helps), I'm running the game at a higher resolution and now I get three different font sizes. When the game loads: About 4 seconds later: And then any time I see a loading screen once the game has started: Not sure if you can tell in that last one, but it's not just the text that resizes. It doesn't change in the middle of the loading screen like in the video for me, but every loading screen after the first one has a smaller font size.
