August 19, 201510 yr At some backing tier (which gives the silver badge), the addon was included, but I don't recall at which pledge level exactly. Pledges below the threshold had to buy it separately. I had the physical collectors edition and I know that I get the addon for free.

August 25, 201510 yr Disk was way lower than the expansion "added" level. Of course you could have done like me and added the expansion as add-on. So an easy answer to "disk is or is not expansion" cannot be given since it depends on each individual case. ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created.
