May 9, 200421 yr this game is all ready proving to be good it has a good story and some charactors are returning you get to make the story based on a few questions that the white haired lady asks she it the first member in the party so is some other guy in the beginning. i loved the first kotor and i have faith that this one will BE GREAT
May 9, 200421 yr It's been my experience that people who say something will be 'THE BEST GAME EVER' are the first to be pissed off when it turns out it isn't. I'm wagering it will be very, very good by the development team and the setting, but let's hold off on the 'BEST GAME EVER' comments until we've played it. May 9, 200421 yr You always have to consider the source material when rating a game (Best Evar, Suxx, Kicks xyz's ass etc.) The Star Wars universe has a large fan following. Some love it, some are more sceptical. For them, the setting alone doesn't do it. The predecessor, Kotor was a good fun game, giving lots of hours of entertainment, not even counting the time spent on these boards. It was nothing exceptional though. Good clean family entertainment, that more people (including me) seems to like, than dislike. Nothing revolutionary or innovative in it. Given those two premisses, Obsidian has a very good hand of Pazaak cards here. As long as they don't screw up, the game will probably be good. Knowing what the people behind Obsidian are capable of, I would be very disappointed if the game isn't at least great.
