Everytime I enter a location, there's a shield right in the middle of it:

 

To reproduce

 

1) Create game

2) Go in Mill, Inn, Winfrith's Shop, etc...

3) Notice there's a shield on the floor.

 

Expected: Shield shouldn't be lying around for no reason.

Confirming this. I get it as well, and was just popping in to report it and post screenies. I get it in every building interior except the tanner's tower.

This seems to be related to CHARNAME's currently equipped main hand / off hand equipment.

Thanks, guys. That is a recently reported issue and is being looked into.

Could this be related to that bug with your in-hand/off-hand equipment playing tags with you in certain circumstances as well?

I had this same, with first a large shield when I entered the inn... after coming from upstairs there was also a war bow in the same location with the shield

 

I was playing a ranger with war bow and had not changed anything in the inventory.
