WTF?

Seriously, you guys have your own game now. You're allowed to post whatever you want about it. Take a look at Brian Fargo's Twitter feed. He's always posting all sorts of little news tidbits, photos and screenshots from the development of inXile's games, or commenting on various news from the gaming world. In comparison, Obsidian's Twitter feed is 1) much less active 2) used mainly for replying to tech support-type requests. Boring!

Come on, you guys are a much bigger company than inXile. You can do better than this.

I don't have anthing against the tech support questions. Its a nice thing to do and many other devs just ignore their players that way. But, I agree there could be way more on the twitter feed.

Obsidian's Twittering could be a whole lot better.

Brian Fargo is very catty.

What's wrong, Infinitron? You've still got that 'Duraframe' guy to get Obsidian news from, after all.

It's probably a matter of not having a dedicated PR unit (hence, Paradox for PoE) and having multiple other projects done for publishers and hence also under their PR control. Fargo's two projects are both his own, he can say whatever he likes about them. And in terms of what can broadly be called self promotion comparison to Fargo is like comparing a boxer to Muhammad Ali- he's just very good at it.

I realize that Obsidian is beholden to others and can't afford to be quite as "sassy" as I might like, but there's still plenty of room to improve.

Terrible twitter is terrible.

This twitter feed is probably the worst twitter feed I've seen of any gaming company.

I am so glad I am -not- a follower.

Way to fail at company twittering Obsidian.  I can only hope that your twitter fail doesn't carry over to game fail.

I check it daily, Mikey does a fun, positive feed. And I love #ObsidianPlays.

Don't say that too loudly, we have to keep Mikey humble :)
