Nvm the list, it's trash since it doesn't include Johan Liebert from Monster. The name of the song however?....

//edit: Found it!

"Good thing I don't heal my characters or they'd be really hurt." Is not something I should ever be thinking.

We're both posting in a thread about japanese anime. That makes both of us quite silly.

Anime spring season has started. Haven't seen anything that is overly interesting yet.

Shokugeki no Soma is good, but I'm already reading the manga. It's still fun to see it animated.

Plastic Memories had a ok/good pilot and it's an original anime so that's a plus. It really depends with how they develop the story, has potential.

Seen a couple of more series but other then those 2 nothing really sticks out yet.

new ghost in the shell series this season

The words freedom and liberty, are diminishing the true meaning of the abstract concept they try to explain. The true nature of freedom is such, that the human mind is unable to comprehend it, so we make a cage and name it freedom in order to give a tangible meaning to what we dont understand, just as our ancestors made gods like Thor or Zeus to explain thunder.

I saw it, though I never much liked the TV version of it. Probably gonna give it a go at some point.

It seems to me that Kekkai Sensen may well be the anime of the season. Seriously recommend giving it a try.

Watched Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito, so far it's ok, but it's getting pretty close to the category of "This sequel/prequel doesn't exist". Why?

Because it's getting pretty close to ****ting on a character that was the staple of the original, namely Lelouch. Now that is not a problem for a story if you establish a replacement that is bigger and better then the old MC, but so far I'm not seeing it. Idk, so far nothing is really explained, so they could still turn it around.

As I said so far it's ok and that is not a bad thing considering it's in the shadow of the original. Two episodes are out, with the third one hitting the net any day now and two more after. I'm definitely going to see where this goes, hope I don't regret it.

Also Kekkai Sensen still kicks ass (on it's fifth episode), definitely give it a go.

seraph and bladeworks so far have the best intro songs... at least for my tastes

Kekkai Sensen, Punch Line and Plastic Memories have the best intros so far from the currently running series for me.

The Garden of Words, it's a feast for the eyes and the soul. This is a movie in cartoon form, so I really recommend it to anyone.

Also a something extra for those who watched it and may not know,

in the manga the last scene depicts Yukari wearing the shoes he made. :)

Second season of Knights of Sidonia has started and it's good. If it continues on this level it might become one of my favourites.

Time for some updates.

No Game No Life - Novel based, but still a pretty great anime. Kawaii is the operating word here, though there is a pretty good plot too. Looking forward to season 2.

Rakuen Tsuihou: Expelled from Paradise - Original anime movie. Nothing ground breaking but pretty good none the less, a good popcorn movie that manages to make you care for the characters.
