LOL.

It always slows down at weekends, it also always slows down midway through kickstarter projects. The two do not indicate they have to worry about anything.

It will pick up again during the week and it will continue to be slower midway through compared to the begining and the last few days.

These things always slow down after the initial boom. It'll pick back up in smaller spurts and near the funding deadline.

I just need to say something, FIFE? Seriously?

The implication of this is that people really care about the engine.

Unless they are resurrecting the Infinity Engine I don't think their choice matters much to most people.

You respond to Prosper's posts at your own peril. You have been warned.

Ha, that's funny!

Just in case it isn't a joke, however:

I would be inclined to believe that professional, full-time developers (who have been around for a long time and have proved they can deliver many times in past) probably have a pretty good handle on what tech to use.

They should announce that they are bringing on Prosper as a partner, or at least an art consultant. I'd quadruple my pledge if I heard that!

Nah the goal should be they'll make the greatest RPG ever. If they don't hit that goal, it will just be a mediocre game and the donors will be to blame for it.

Are you kidding? They should release it for the 2600 so that the kickstarter goes up to 200 million!

$6 million stretch goal can be romances. Pay up LARPers.

Id like to see them get the Aurora engine if they were gonna do an engine upgrade goal

Can't wait for Project Eternity!!!!

$8 million unlocks JRPG mode. Everyone becomes 10 years old and uses weapons twice their size. Portraits become anime style.

$9 Million and we'll add TNO as a special character you can unlock for your party after beating the game once.

$7 million stretch goal: Pasta bowls for everyone.

I can't eat pasta. I demand steak.

If you appeal to "realism" about a video game feature, you are wrong. Go back and try again.

Seriously if they got PayPal set up I think that would cause a spike at least for a couple of days. Some people are waiting for more information.
