septembervirgin Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Mac users are having a happy dance!!! "This is what most people do not understand about Colbert and Silverman. They only mock fictional celebrities, celebrities who destroy their selfhood to unify with the wants of the people, celebrities who are transfixed by the evil hungers of the public. Feed us a Gomorrah built up of luminous dreams, we beg. Here it is, they say, and it looks like your steaming brains." " If you've read Hart's Hope, Neveryona, Infinity Concerto, Tales of the Flat Earth, you've pretty much played Dragon Age."
Moonlight Butterfly Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Nice! I can't believe the outpouring of love for this project (Well okay given the devs I can... ) I hope we max out the stretch goals for maximum awesome.
BruceVC Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Yeah it is good news indeed. I wonder if this game was the quickest game ever to reach its minimum funding? "Abashed the devil stood and felt how awful goodness is and saw Virtue in her shape how lovely: and pined his loss” John Milton "We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” - George Bernard Shaw "What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead" - Nelson Mandela

Hornet85 Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 You have even more reasons to click on my awesome, wisdom-coated posts than usual now I have this neat graphic-signature-tracking thingamajig. lol, great sig. Love the daily pledge total figure. unfortunately the graph seems to almost flat line. If it continue with the current curve, it will flat line within a couple of days or so. Which I hope is not the case of course.
Gurkog Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 I am surprised that Activision has not put up a Kickstarter campaign for Call of Duty 4. It would have the goal of adding a real plot and well designed single player campaign since they can't seem to do that with the funds they already earn. Ohhhhhh... why did I go there. 1 Grandiose statements, cryptic warnings, blind fanboyisim and an opinion that leaves no room for argument and will never be dissuaded. Welcome to the forums, you'll go far in this place my boy, you'll go far! The people who are a part of the "Fallout Community" have been refined and distilled over time into glittering gems of hatred.
dlux Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 (edited) @OP: Somebody already made a thread with congrats for 1,6 million I just want to avoid clutter on the forum. http://forums.obsidi...ached-congrats/ Edited September 19, 2012 by dlux
Monte Carlo Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Am expecting modest, but not insignificant, spike as Mac-using Moonies end their Prayers and get their wallets out.

Sordel Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Am expecting modest, but not insignificant, spike as Mac-using Moonies end their Prayers and get their wallets out. Mac users typically spend more on their gaming than PC users (you only need to look at the average price on Humble Bundle to see that this is the case) so I would think that you are right. Personally, I'm not a backer yet but once I see how Mac users are expected to pledge I anticipate putting that right. Can't believe I'm the only one who has been waiting for this stretch goal.
casa Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 No more rebooting for me! *happy dance* Not sure if that'll bring a new wave of supporters or not, I think most Mac users who also like games simply accepted the fact they have to use Bootcamp to get their kicks. But no rebooting for a quick roleplay fix is very welcome. I hope the game will support Steam Play.
BSoda Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Am expecting modest, but not insignificant, spike as Mac-using Moonies end their Prayers and get their wallets out. I kind of doubt that (would be nice of course). The next spike will only come after new/interesting stretch goals are announced / some major gaming news outlet features PE again or when we reach the last 2 days of the project.
