Bought NWN2 Complete. Never played the expansions. Only own the vanilla game. Also got Terraria.

 

Got Fallout: New vegas + DLC and SW: KOTOR in earlier daily deals. not so bad on my wallet.

Sounds like the stars have aligned for a new MotB thread.

How much does the expansions have to do with the original campaign?

MotB is direct continuation to OC, though the only thing they truly share is the main character. The second expansion is it's own game.

MotB just has the same character and a few unnecessary cameos. No idea about SoZ, but I hear it's sozzy.

The plan is to speed through the oc, and then go for the expansions and taking my time. I think I will be ok for the most part, that is if the game will start downloading any time soon. their servers are getting hammered.

Yeah - I haven't gotten passed the beginning of the OC yet - it's one of the few games I've played that actually feels like work.

Tell me about it. Just skip to MotB and enjoy high-tensity goodness, any single character there is worth more than the OC bunch combined.

Ah DNF. SupCom 2 on sale, but...meh they'd have to pay me to play that. Got NWN2, I figure it's the thing all the cool people are doing.
