Sand Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 (edited) NWVault has 1.05.912 patch up for English, and looks like a host of other languages as well: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=NWN2O...etail&id=19 Those who want to wait for the autopatcher will probably be able to get it later today when Obsidian peeps wake up. Yes, I am obsessing. Big Bottom Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 And in other NWN2 news Adam Miller's Dark Waters has been released, probably the most anticipated mod for NWN2 so far! The best flash game ever!
Deraldin Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 And in other NWN2 news Adam Miller's Dark Waters has been released, probably the most anticipated mod for NWN2 so far! Thanks for the heads up! I've been waiting for that one. I really enjoyed his previous modules. I'll probably give that a run through after I finish my fallout 2 game.
Xard Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 Hah, I was just about to make topic for Dark Waters I think I'll wait some time though, I've heard it was quite buggy. How can it be a no ob build. It has PROVEN effective. I dare you to show your builds and I will tear you apart in an arugment about how these builds will won them. - OverPowered Godzilla (OPG)
Big Bottom Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 (edited) He's patched it already so some of the bugs are gone. Looks pretty promising so far, but I'm still in the (lengthy) exposition part of the module. Some of the VO is really bad though, it felt like I was playing Serpent Isle again. The autoupdater is working now, btw. Edited April 17, 2007 by Big Bottom The best flash game ever!

Tigranes Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 Can I play my 1.04 save with 1.05? Sand Posted April 18, 2007 Author Posted April 18, 2007 Yep. It will just up date the save. Any areas you haven't been in yet will have the updates in them as well, but for some issues it won't be grandfathered in. Tale Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 (edited) but for some issues it won't be grandfathered in. Because the save file contains all the information for areas visited that is non-static. Save files don't actually get updated, to do so would be silly difficult. Edited April 18, 2007 by Tale "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."

Tigranes Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 That's fine. All I really want is multi-select and stuff. Sand Posted April 18, 2007 Author Posted April 18, 2007 That should work since that is tied specifically to the engine. SteveThaiBinh Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 The NWN2 forum thread lists the fixes: here. It also claims that 'Mouse 4' activates multiselect. SteveThaiBinh Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 None of my mouse buttons is willing to configure itself as Mouse 4 or Mouse 5 - it doesn't come up as an option on the control panel for the mouse. So instead I'm using CTRL+left click to drag a green box around my party - which seems to fail more often than it succeeds. They did say it was a beta implementation of multi-select, I suppose.
