It indicates gender there. Pink for female, blue for male and grey for neuter. Ugh, I just realised... how long before pointless "thanks for the add" posts? Do they use a modified Invision now? It's always been a modified Invision, that was what delayed the upgrade (detangling and re-engineering the customizations for the new version).
