Pidesco
Last Friday I got my first MP3 player, and it has a 20Gig hard drive. This of course, has prompted me to turn my CD collection into MP3 files. Sturm
8gb, dont really need that much when you can easily delete the songs you no longer like and free up some more space.

Deraldin
I've only got about 3.27GB worth of MP3's on my computer. I'm sure I've got some stuff on CD that I could transfer over but that 3GB is the stuff that is listened to most often. On the MP3 player front, I have a 6GB iRiver H10 that I bought last Christmas. Works quite well for what I use it for. Physical size is almost perfect for me at just a little smaller than my wallet. Eventually I'll probably have to upgrade to something with more space, but I don't think that will be for a few years, especially at the rate that I collect music. Rosbjerg
I have 19 gb worth of music (ca 5100 songs) .. some of the cds are no longer useable so I'm pretty happy about the fact that the first thing I do is put 'em on the computer.. I still keep them around for legal reason though.. my mp3 player is only 512 mb though - but that's because I'm a cheap bastard who won't cough up the 200$ for a better model.. (why fix something when it's not broken I say) ^_^ Fortune favors the bald.
Deraldin
It'll fill up faster if you download your pr0n collection. " <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not worth it. The player allows for pictures to be uploaded, but the screen size is so small that it just isn't worth the time and effort. Also the player doesn't allow for movie playback. Pope
I have 120 gigs worth of music. Though only 20 of that is actually being listened to on a frequent basis. And I still know people with much, much more than that. They're crazy. I'm getting one of those terabyte external HD's once they come out. My curent 320 gb HD is crammed full. Oerwinde
My MP3 directory on my computer is currently 12.7 gigs. I haven't converted most of my CDs to MP3 yet, I'm guessing that once I do, I'll have around 40-50 gigs. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity. Purgatorio
237 MB, on Computer, plus whatever the Deus Ex 2 soundtrack is. I don't like mp3 players the memory is to small, head phones are annoying, and I like the liner notes. An opera goes for about 3 hours and takes 3 CDs, 1 CD is around 60MB. All of opus 8 (The Contest between Harmony and Invention )is 2 hours, another 2 CDs. My music collection is not very big either. (5 triple CD, 5 double, and about 30 single...30 of the good ones anyway) Edited January 22, 2007 by Purgatorio S.A.S.I.S.P.G.M.D.G.S.M.B.
