How many Jedi remained after the events of Episode 3 besides Obi-Wan and Yoda?

Quinlan Vos and Bultar Swan are the only ones I know of.

73, including the Expanded Universe, including Yoda, Obi-Wan, Swan, and Vos. There others missing.

Where do you find this info?

Starwars.wikia.com, I had to count them myself since it doesn't give you a specific number, so it's give or take a few Jedi.

in the game dark forces 2 there's a jedi qu rahn who survived the great jedi purge.

You'll never get an exact number of how many Jedi were left over. All it takes is for some new author to be writing a Star Wars book who needs another character or some new Star Wars game and ta-da - Magic! A new Jedi character is created who just happened to survive the purge.

Doubt it, there is only one Kel'Dor in the Council... and he was shot down by the starfighters.

I don't think Jedi are that difficult to kill. They're not immortal... although in some cases there are Force Spirits.

 

Think about those 3 weenies that accompanied Mace before facing Sidious. Those weren't masters, they were losers, they got all killed in less than 6 seconds.

Are you serious? Of course Plo Koon died, it showed his fighter blow up. Thats why I'm mad.

Plo Koon was a good Jedi, but in all wars there are losses and sacrificies.

You cannot say the movies are absolutely canon, all of the EU have to be approved by the GL himself so they are canon also.

Not exactly...movies are G canon and override anything that may have happened in the comics, novels, games, etc. While comics, games and books are C canon. So, yes EU is canon but not on the same level as the movies.
