Judge Hades
http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/rpg/theeld...tml?sid=6148897 Now they are going to rate games based on third party mods. How lame and stupid can they get. Holding a game responsible for thrid party mods is like holding the Ford Motor Company for people who put nitros in their Mustangs. Hey, Obsidian, you better make NWN 2 Mod Proof if you want that Teen Rating for stupidity is running high it seems.
Volourn
Why isn't NWN1 rated mature? Its mods have B00BIES and sex. In fact, you can see B00bies even in the normal game by stripping your characetrs. R00fles! DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
ShadowPaladin V1.0
If developers can't be honest about the content they need to have thier wrists slapped. Obviously if you leave the file there someone is going to unlock it. I have to agree with Volourn. Bioware is pretty much dead now. Judge Hades
We better tell the ESRB people so they can adjust NWN 1 rating then. With all the MODS that Bioware has NO COTROL over that show nipples (OH NOES, NIPPLES!) but obviously be responsible for will corrupt the youth of America. DAMN YOU DAVID GAIDER FOR THE THIRD PARTY NUDE MODS!

The game has to be modified to have the nipples showing and even then the textures were unimpressive. Heaven forbid that teenies see nipples. Someone didnt create it. The mod only created a way to unlock it. I have to agree with Volourn. Bioware is pretty much dead now. LoneWolf16
Mmmm...3D nudity. 'cause there just isn't enough real porn out there. And yeah, the games a Teen game, and should remain a Teen game. The content was left in...so what? Not the company's responsibility. So Morrowind should be rated Mature because of the Better Bodies mods then? The potential for nudity is there with or without textures left in because they were used as a base line for clothing... I had thought that some of nature's journeymen had made men and not made them well, for they imitated humanity so abominably. - Book of Counted Sorrows 'Cause I won't know the man that kills me and I don't know these men I kill but we all wind up on the same side 'cause ain't none of us doin' god's will. - Everlast
Diogo Ribeiro
Now they are going to rate games based on third party mods. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> From my understanding they are not rating the game based on third party mods, but rather the hidden art content in the game which can be unlocked by third party mods. In the end it's still a lousy reason just as it was with Hot Coffee, as the hidden content is not a part of the final product.

Judge Hades
So, they should mark every game AO for the possibility of them being modded *gasp* to have nudity and simulated sex. Makes one think if some talented modder can put nude mods and a sex scene in a Barney game. HA!

It's what I call the developers trying to get around the ratings system. What your talking about is a completely different thing entirely. I have to agree with Volourn. LoneWolf16
Actually. The content is locked away. Nobody without knowledge of the workings of such things would have been able to both find it and integrate it into the game. That's a third party modifying the end product. - Everlast

Judge Hades
If you have to change the game files in order to produce a result it is modding, regardless if the files were on the disk or not. Any modification to the game done by a third party source I consider a mod.

They left the file there. They are responsible for the file being there. If hanging out here has taught you anything it should be that is something is left on a disk someone will find it.
