That Hades likes the backstreet boys could be more shocking than them being ahead in the poll.

I despise the Backstreet Boys but I thought a well rounded poll should have at least one band that I hate with a vengeance. I am not to fond of the Beatles either.

 

If I was going to make a pool based wholy on what bands I like I would have:

I often wonder who pays for all the crap the record industry spews forth and it seems I'm finally getting some answers.

Also, for the person who asked what Orgy is like, that depends on what album, mostly. Candyass is a little too industrial for me, and Punk Static Paranoia too nu-metal, but I really enjoy their album Vapour Transmission. It's a bit like a cross between industrial and just plain fun rock, with lots of electronics. I can feel a bit of David Bowie inspiration in that one.

The Beatles, whatever their faults, have had an enormous impact on Rock (and Pop), song-writing and general culture.

 

Like, loathe or love them, their influence and talent is undeniable.
