mkreku Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 GTA: San Andreas is the game I've given the highest score ever to. Also, the only game I still play regularly after completing it. Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
ShadowPaladin V1.0 Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 Never played it. Played the first one and Vice City but didnt like them that much. I have to agree with Volourn. Bioware is pretty much dead now. Deals like this kills development studios. 478327[/snapback]
LadyCrimson Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Not the game, but the editor. You can't make the perfect Pet Dungeon without the editor....*evil laugh* Note: perfection still under achievement. Needs more 'constant hero invasion' points' - 3 aren't enough fun - and portals and stuff. “Things are as they are. Diogo Ribeiro Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 High speed stunt. The game now employs a blur effect when the vehicule being driven starts to reach its top speeds.
LadyCrimson Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 I like how the game puts little 'stars' around the head when they're hit with something. “Things are as they are. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. A man who craves furry hentai. So let us go and embrace the rustling smells of unseen worlds
Deraldin Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 ^Hahhaaaha :D This is from Myst 4: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are you sure? Looks like it's from the beach in Myst V.
LadyCrimson Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 Ooh, pretty, do you think the other Myst's are worth getting? I loved the 1st, and Riven was ok...haven't bought any of the others they made. “Things are as they are. Musopticon? Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 This is why RTR rocks, finally the barbarians have a chance against the tribes of Latium: kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I think I picked up the first three in the 10th aniversary dvd edition for like $20. 4 should be about the same price and I think 5 is still at $30 here in Canada. 3 is supposed to be extremely hard compared with the others. Haven't played 4 or 5 though. I'd say if you like the first two then go ahead and pick up the others. Edited March 18, 2006 by Deraldin
Calax Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 This is why RTR rocks, finally the barbarians have a chance against the tribes of Latium: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> it's kinda funny... I practically ignore using my navy except to scare off blockades... but I still thrash the other guys on land. Victor of the 5 year fan fic competition! Kevin Butler will awesome your face off.
Musopticon? Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 (edited) Lady Crimson: I can't really say, I've only played Uru and Myst 5 and briefly tried Riven. They were quite enjoyable and as none of the games were really developed with the hardcore gamer in mind, eye candy and ease of use are big factors and it shows. I recommend picking them up if you manage to find a bargain. Deraldin: Yes, I wasn't sure about the number. Thanks for clearing that up. Calax: I dunno really why I bother with the navy, but ya gotta admit that a blockade like that while the enemy nation is using all it's resources on waging war against me will drain it's coffers pretty damn fast. Dark_Raven Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 Thread pruned at request. Lets stick with the topic at hand shall we? Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
Musopticon? Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 (edited) Ok, Gabs. Once the upload function decides to work again, I'll post something from Quake 4 or Half-Life 2. Musopticon? Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 I guess pushing Print Screen on the keyboard and then pasting the result to Paint might work. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. Diogo Ribeiro Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Hi Role Player! What button do i press to take shots for GTA:San Andreas? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Why halo thar! I use the Print Screen button on my keyboard to take pictures; then I just Alt-Tab the game and open an image editing program (I use Photoshop), then create a new image with what's in its memory. Some pictures however, I take them with the ingame camera. When I take a picture that way - as was the case with the "God is playing with us" case - it is stored on a subfolder in the same folder as the game's save folder (usually GTA San Andreas User Files\Gallery).
