Jan 28 is Chinese New Year.Chinese New Year looks like Xmas in the west.

Usually,we celebrate 7 day in the Chinese New Year.

It's New Year (Tet) in Viet Nam, too, and a few other places. Chuc Mung Nam Moi! :huh: I remember going around visiting everyone I knew in my town. So many houses, so many different kinds of alcohol. :D

Now Im sure its all yumtastic but those fish are f-ing naaaaaaaaaaasty looking.

Usually,we cook fish by 2 step:

1,fry.

2,boil with sauce and vinegar.

Perhaps it is not beautiful,but very good to eat.

I'd eat that fish! I've never had chinese food that I didn't like.

Dog was Korean, if memory serves, and I doubt that it is considered a menu item in restaurants.  ;)
